I	Isaac Tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really unpleasant experience. Definitely would not recommend, basically a scam. Initially they promised us that we can collect our car at the airport, and when we called again to confirm, they said no and we had to frantically find another transfer on our own. To make things worse, we were promised again and again that we can return the car at the airport. But as we called to confirm three hours before our flight, we were told to return the car to Oia, else they will charge on our credit card. When we returned the car at Oia and asked for a transfer with a discounted rate, as it was obviously the company's fault, we were instead welcomed by a male staff with spectacles and a beard, who raised his voice and taunted us, indicating that we are lying and saying that we have no proof. He was really sarcastic, unprofessional, and rude, and not even a single apology from the company's end. The entire process was just awful and stressful, just try any other shops nearby but not with this one. (On top of that, the car was bad and had almost no power.)

We rent a car 35€/day, they ask us to pay in cash.. , cars climatisation was not working, we get huge problem to open doors of the cars, key was almost broken... So the second day of the location we ask for the problem of the door and they just say it's OK just try and try again... In fact "they dont care" or they just care of your money ?! By the way, it's easy to rent but prefer an other rental service if you want a safe car for your child
W	Wayne Zhang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hired a quad-bike from it's office next to Passaggio for 24 hours. Shortly after I departed, the bike broke down due to battery problems. I had to wait during the hottest time of the day hungrily at nowhere for 40 mins for the road service. After I drove back about 6 hours later and returned the bike (far less than 24 hours) , the staff showed no apology nor sympathy. I tried to negotiate for compensation for this bad experience and the much early return, but the staff lost his patience soon after I asked him to point out the related terms he said in the contract that he used to defend. He refused, said you found it out yourself, and blamed me rude (what?!), and also said this is Greece, not other countries (we don't know what it means). He then left and stopped the conversation. I was shocked and couldn't believe how unprofessional this guy was. Afterwards, I asked locals around, everyone said this company wasn't trustworthy and I should avoid. Everything was amazing in Santorini except for this company. You should reconsider if you plan to come to it.
A	ABDULHAMID MADKHALI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ **DO NOT RENT FROM THEM** They are basically ripping tourists off with VERY VERY DANGEROUS and UNSAFE CARS. I rented a car for 60£ After that I started driving it and noticed the car brake and clutch was not safely working and then the car broke down up hill and we were about to cause an accident because of it. I called them and they showed up after an hour with replacement car which was the worse replacement ever. When came back to office to talk to him he basically like everyone in the review said this GREECE!!!. I think this guy doesn’t represent Greek People.
R	Rina Rod on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positiv: we got picked up from our hotel to be transferred to the office, also the whole rental procedure was very easy. Negativ: the car „smart crossblade“ was in a very bad condition! The car shouldn‘t be allowed on the roads, the horn wasn‘t even working, forget about radio or AC. With 45 PS it was dangerous to drive up the hills, especially in the evening we were scared about our lives.
A	A I on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are rip offs! They gave us an unsafe non functional smart car with no doors, no roof, broken headlights and no indicators. And they charged us a lot for that. I would rather recommend you go to 1st choice santorini, who are highly professional.
S	Syed Haider on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people are rip offs. We asked for a buggy instead they gave us pathetic accidented and malfunctioning smart car. Guy was really quick in having us sign the contract. Later we realized indicators and lights were not working. Car had issues starting up. Tank was almost empty. Very next day we rented from "1st choice Santorini" and that was an amazing experience
