Προσπαθούν με τον καλύτερο τρόπο να εξυπηρετήσουν τον πελάτη σε ότι θέμα προκύψει: άλλαξα δύο φορές την παραγγελία μου σε ποδήλατο (από την Αθήνα και χωρίς να με ξέρουν καν) χωρίς κανένα πρόβλημα, άμεσα και χωρίς δικαιολογίες. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα. Flawless service and at the same time friendly and polite. They try their best to serve the customer in any issue that arises: I changed my order twice on a bicycle (from Athens and without even knowing me) without any problems, immediately and without excuses. I highly recommend.

Πήρα τηλέφωνο στο κατάστημα και συνέχεια λένε θα επικοινωνήσουν μαζί μου δηλαδή δεν θέλουν να πάρουν κάποια ευθύνη προφανώς Η τιμή της ζημιάς δεν είναι μεγάλη απλά υποτίθεται ότι σου δίνουν και εγγύηση.και να πω ότι η τιμή του ποδηλάτου ήταν στα 500 ευρώ . Πολυ ευγενικοί στην επικοινωνία παρέχοντας άμεσα τη λύση της αντικατάστασης με συμβατό κάθισμα. Επίσης ανέλαβαν μόνοι τους να ρυθμίσουν την ανταλλαγή με μεταφορική στη Θεσσαλονίκη καθώς κ το κόστος της διαδικασίας. Flawless professionals! Μου έχει συμβεί επίσης να αγοράσω ποδήλατο 350€ και την επόμενη μέρα να έχει καταστραφει το σασμάν και οι ακτίνες της πίσω ροδας. Το μόνο που τον σώζει είναι ότι έχει το μονοπώλιο στην Βόλου. Για να μην πω ότι σε αντιμετωπίζουν με ένα υφακι του τι θες τώρα. Τέλος τα ανταλλακτικά είναι της πλάκας. (έκανα τεστ με φίλο μου και του είπε να βάλει το πιο ακριβό ενώ εγω το πιο φθηνό. Έκανα την παραγγελία στις 14:00, στις 16:00 είχαν παραδώσει το ποδήλατο στην μεταφορική στην Λάρισα και σήμερα το ποδήλατο είναι ήδη Σπέτσες (λιγότερο από 24 ώρες). Μπράβο σας!!! Excellent service and professionalism !!! Gentle and direct on the phone. I placed the order at 14:00, at 16:00 they had delivered the bike to the transport company in Larissa and today the bike is already in Spetses (less than 24 hours). Well done!!!

Πήγαμε στο κατάστημα για να πάρουμε ένα ποδήλατο, αν και είχε κόσμο εκείνη την ώρα δεν νιώσαμε ούτε λεπτό ότι δεν μας εξυπηρετούν. Μας εξήγησαν και με το παραπάνω. Οι τιμές τους ήταν πολύ προσιτές. Το καλό είναι πως όταν μετά από καιρό τους χρειαστίκαμε όχι μόνο μας έφτιαξαν το ποδήλατο αλλά μας ενημέρωσαν ότι λόγω εγγύησης δεν θα μας κρατήσουν και χρήματα. Ένα μεγάλο μπράβο....
