Buona struttura con gentilissima proprietaria.

Ένα όμορφο και ανακαινισμένο διαμέρισμα το οποίο έχει σχεδόν όλα τα απαραίτητα που χρειάζεται ένα ζευγάρι ακόμη και μια οικογένεια. Θετική εντύπωση η καθαρίστρια που μας έδωσε τα κλειδιά καθως ήταν πολύ καλή , φιλόξενη και ευγενική. Το ξενοδοχειο απέχει σχεδόν 10-12 λεπτά απ τα μαγαζιά είτε για φαΐ είτε για ποτό (με το αμάξι) Και περίπου 15 λεπτά για τα beach bar. Όλα ήταν καθαρά και τακτοποιημένα κατά την άφιξη μας. Το μόνο αρνητικό ήταν πως κατά την διανομή μας οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι δεν είχαν ωραία μυρωδιά.

Appartement hyper fonctionnel, très propre , wifi gratuit qui fonctionne . Les plus Machine à laver le linge Clim qui fonctionne très bien , silencieuse Balcon fort sympathique Mousticaire à chaque fenêtre Draps et serviettes changés tous les 3 jours Ménage tout les 3 jours Hyper au calme ! Les moins Un peu à l'écart de la ville , compter 20/25mn pour arriver au centre Salle de bain un peu petite av parfois des odeurs Le canapé lit du salon est bien pour une personne mais pas 2 donc en conclusion appartement idéal pour 2 mais juste pour 4 au niveau couchage ,prix vraiment correct , rien à redire .

Posizione isolata ma non entusiasmante (case in ristrutturazione accanto o piazzole abbandonate...). Prezzo assolutamente concorrenziale. La pecca più grossa è stata il wifi davvero mal funzionante. Per il resto la casa e funzionale e pulita all'interno di un palazzo di recente costruzione. La vista mare c'è, ma è oscurata parzialmente da palazzi molto trasandati che guastano un po' il tutto. Personalmente non ha rispettato quelle che erano le mie aspettative...

We really wanted to like this place but it fell short of expectations. We are writing this review not out of anger, but with a desire to set expectations for any future guests. Price: We paid for 4 nights at the rate of $130 per night for total of $525. This price is roughly 15-20% above market rate, especially for the neighborhood it’s located in. Naturally, we expected basic things like cleanliness would be up to par. Accommodation: The view of the apartment is really beautiful, but... 1) the storm shutters fail to stay open long enough to enjoy it, 2) the apartment over looks an abandoned lot of junk 3) the apartment’s cleanliness kept us very unsettled to enjoy it. Bed: The bed was very comfortable for two, is spring loaded, and is roughly the size of a queen. Neighborhood: It’s located in an industrial, “up and coming” area of Rethymno. The streets are dimly lit and is located next to an abandoned junkyard, so it can feel a bit dodgy at night. We’d advise coming when there’s daylight out. As for restaurants, there aren’t many close by, so we’d recommend having a car to go into town. Cleanliness: We got in very late and noticed that the apartment was a bit dirty, but it was too late to change places and we had been driving for 6 hours. In the morning, we kept finding more parts of the place were dirty, but tried to make the best of it. We ended up having to: 1) re-clean the bathroom (tub had soap residue at the bottom), 2) re-wash all the dishes (cups had leftover coffee stains), 3) The bathroom counters hadn’t been cleaned often enough that there were moldy stains that set in permanently into the counters. In addition to that: 1) the washer had mold growing in the rim of the door 2) the fridge had stains at the bottom of the trays 3) the dish sponge they left us was old and dirty 4) the bathroom walls had brown streaks all over them. If you’re looking at this property, this is may be the reason why they don’t have photos of the bathrooms - it is unacceptably dirty for a “professionally managed accommodation” and more suited if you’re looking for a lived-in airbnb. Host: We attempted to contact the owner and requested to check out earlier. We understood that our standard for cleanliness might be higher than normal, so we tried compromising with the owner to forfeit 3 nights and getting a refund on 1 night. We thought this compromise with extremely generous. Instead, the owners became defensive and accused us of trying to trick them and said our plans changed and that we were trying to screw them over. We just wanted a clean place to stay for my birthday and we felt the owner was so hostile that we ended up leaving the morning after our first night. We drank lots of Raki to forget this nightmare. Additionally, I sent a sincere note after we left telling him why we left and he continued to be defensive. Overall, we expected this level of quality out of an Airbnb but not a “professionally” managed accommodation. We admit that we might have a higher standard for cleanliness and tried to make the best of this accommodation, but ended up leaving due to the hostility of management. I would recommend this place if you are fine overlooking cleanliness for a decent view. Otherwise, would advise reconsidering your choice.
