★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρότι είμαι σ' αυτό το επάγγελμα αρκετά χρόνια, ομολογώ πως δεν είχα πάει απο κοντά στην εταιρεία.
Ότι και να πω λοιπόν, μάλλον δεν θα είναι αρκετό.
Μιλάμε για φοβερές εγκαταστάσεις, καταπληκτικό σέρβις και άφθονη ευγένια!
Αξίζει τον κόπο να πάει κανείς, ακόμα κι αν νομίζει πως δεν χρειάζεται τίποτα.
Σίγουρα θα βρει πράγματα, που ίσως δεν γνωρίζει καν πως υπάρχουν.
Θα με θυμηθείτε!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση, απαράδεκτη επικοινωνία και το κόστος δεν ανταποκρίνεται στην ποιότητα. Μέχρι να κάνεις την παραγγελία μια χαρά εξυπηρέτηση... αλά μετά, στο τηλέφωνο δεν τους βρίσκεις (αφήνεις μηνύματα και δεν σε παίρνουν πίσω) ούτε email δεν απαντάνε. Μας φέρανε 3 απλικες καμμένες 2 μήνες πρίν και ακόμα τους κυνηγάμε!
Unacceptable service, unacceptable communication and the cost does not correspond to the quality. Until you place the order, fine service ... but then, on the phone you do not find them (you leave messages and they do not take you back) nor do they respond to emails. They brought us 3 burnt sconces 2 months ago and we are still chasing them!
