Γιατί στο ήλιο? Ωραία αντιμετώπιση..... A Vodafone seller was selling a day and night card in the summer sun, unbearable heat, only with a hat in Monastiraki square. Farther point with shadow but no .... Why in the sun? Nice treatment .....
G	GEORGE LEKAKIS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγενέστατο προσωπικό , το οποίο βαριέται να εξυπηρετήσει. Πιτσιρικάδες οι οποίοι δεν έχουν καμία εκπαίδευση marketing και εταιρικής συμπεριφοράς. Επισκέφτηκα το καταστημα ως εκπρόσωπος εταιρείας με την συνεργάτιδα μου, με 4 κινητές γραμμές και λόγω της πρωτάκουστης συμπεριφοράς τους, άλλαξα πάροχο.!!! Κρίμα που δεν «ακουσα» όλο το νησί για την κακή φήμη που έχουν και να μην τους επισκεφτώ.. Unruly staff, which is bored to serve. Toddlers who have no marketing and corporate behavior training. I visited the store as a company representative with my colleague, with 4 mobile lines and due to their unheard of behavior, I changed provider. !!! Too bad I did not "hear" the whole island for the bad reputation they have and not to visit them ..

I went to Vodafone office in Ermoupolis, Syros 3 times, but because of different reasons I could not recharged my phone. Either their system was down or... Finally 2 days ago I recharged it so that my airline company would be able to contact me regarding my departure. The man knew that I do not read or speak Greek, handed my phone and said you are all set. I returned home to Finika, far from city, and realized that my service is not working and I am not able to make or receive phone call or messages. My friends here could not help me either. To day the office closed at 2:00 pm, and tomorrow morning I depart. All that effort and money went down the drain for no good reason.

The owners assistant flat out lied to me about their services, but I have electrics engineering, coding, and signal production knowledge to see through his lies. The staff except one person had no idea how to do their work and kept telling me that they could not do things that the company's support told me to ask from them. They tried to persuade me in signing a contract that would bind me for two years, even if they could not provide these services at my location ( based on the company's support center ). Also their attitude wasn't even close to professional, and some times even ironic and aggressive. Thanks to that store I cut my ties to a company that I has a contract with for 8 years.

Other than going in the middle of nowhere and then driving back to town looking for the shop, I have nothing to complain about. In fact, I was very positively surprised with the service in the shop. I got a new sim activated and had all paperwork arranged in less than 10 mins. The employee was fast, courteous and overall provided me with excellent service. Very happy doing business in the particular outlet.
