★ ★ ★ ★ ★ αποπνικτική ατμόσφαιρα λόγω κακού συστήματος εξαερισμού εδώ και πολύ καιρό. Τις προάλλες ,σε τηλεφωνικη επικοινωνία, αιτηθηκα από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα βεβαίωση χρηστη για την τράπεζα και μου ζητησανε για την έκδοση του 1€ ! Αμέσως επικοινώνησα με τα κεντρικά. Τους ενημέρωσα για το συμβαν ,ενώ δεν ήταν γνώστες για το 1€, Και μου τη στείλανε με ηλ. ταχυδρομείο δωρεάν φυσικά...Τα συμπεράσματα δικά σας...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 άτομο εξυπηρετεί και δίνει τα πάσο των φοιτητών. Στοιβαγμένοι περιμενουμε στο πεζοδρόμιο. 3 άτομα εξυπηρετηθηκαν σε 20 λεπτά. Τι αλλο να πω!
1 person serves and gives the student passes. Stacked, we wait on the sidewalk. 3 people were served in 20 minutes. What else can I say!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Διαφημίζουν στην TV ότι μπορούμε να δώσουμε ένα παλιό μας smartphone ώστε να το δωρίσουν στα παιδικά χωρια SOS με απεριοριστα data και εν τέλει μετά από 4 μέρες με ενημέρωσαν ότι δεν έχουν προσωπικό ώστε να ελέγξουν αν το κινητό λειτουργεί(ενώ το κινητό είναι πασιφανές ότι λειτουργεί μια χαρά και είναι μετά από επαναφορά εργοστασιακών ρυθμίσεων και χωρίς κανένα χτύπημα κλπ) και λένε να το πάω σε άλλη πόλη μήπως και γίνει η διαδικασία εκεί. Τουλάχιστον τραγική οργάνωση από μια κατά τα άλλα πολύ αξιόλογη εταιρία.
They advertise on TV that we can give our old smartphone to donate to the SOS Children's Villages with unlimited data and finally after 4 days they informed me that they do not have staff to check if the mobile works (while the mobile is obviously working fine and it is after factory reset and without any shock etc) and they say to take it to another city lest the process be done there. At least a tragic organization from an otherwise very remarkable company.
