★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγενέστατοι και καθόλου εξυπηρετικοί. Έχει εγκριθεί αντικατάσταση κάρτας SIM και αφού αποφάσισα να αφιερώσω μιάμιση ώρα ώστε να πάω στο κατάστημα να την παραλάβω μιας και δεν την αποστέλουν (για να σε πιάσουν πελάτη η όλη διαδικασία γίνεται ηλεκτρονικά με αποστολή οπού θες) μου λένε ότι δεν μπορώ να παραλάβω επειδή δεν έχω πρωτότυπη ταυτότητα. Εναλλακτικά τους πρότεινω να τους δείξω πρωτότυπο δίπλωμα και ηλεκτρονικό αντίγραφο της ταυτότητας αλλά αρνήθηκαν με το πρόσχημα ότι είναι πολιτική της εταιρείας η επίδειξη της ταυτότητας. Αλλά οταν έχεις νοοτροπία δημοσίου τι να πεις, ακόμα και στην τράπεζα το δίπλωμα θεωρείται έγγραφο ταυτοπροσωπίας. Και σαν να μην έφτανε ο χρόνος που έχασα η υπάλληλος ψιθυρίζει στον υπεύθυνο του καταστήματος «τι άλλο θα ακούσουμε σήμερα» με καμία συναίσθηση ότι τα πάγια που καταβάλλουμε καλύπτουνε τον μισθό της. Η συγκεκριμένη υπάλληλος είχε την ίδια ειρωνική στάση και σε προηγούμενο πελάτη.
 Very rude and not at all helpful. A SIM card replacement has been approved and after I decided to spend an hour and a half to go to the store to pick it up since they do not send it (to catch you as a customer the whole process is done electronically with shipping wherever you want) they tell me that I can not pick because I have an original ID. Alternatively I suggest I show them an original diploma and an electronic copy of the ID but they refused on the pretext that it is the company's policy to show the ID. But when you have a public mindset what to say, even in the bank the diploma is considered an identity document. And as if the time I lost was not enough, the employee whispers to the manager of the store "what else will we hear today" with no awareness that the fixed assets we pay cover her salary. This employee had the same ironic attitude towards a previous client.
