Τα 5 σε τέτοια καταστήματα θα ήταν υπερβολικά, διότι πάντα υπάρχει προσωπικό το οποίο αλλάζει και δεν γνωρίζει κάποια πράγματα, όπως και ο καθένας από εμάς έχει διαφορετικό θέμα......... Και χρήζει διαφορετικής μεταχειρισης... All good!! ..... The 5 in such stores would be too much, because there is always staff who change and do not know some things, as each of us has a different issue ......... And needs different treatment. ..
Ε	Εμμανουήλ Λιόλιος on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στο συγκεκριμένο υποκατάστημα Vodafone της Νάουσας είχα πάει πριν καιρό όταν αναγκαστικά όλοι οι κάτοχοι καρτοκινητής Cyta έπρεπε να αλλάξουμε εταιρεία επειδή η Cyta δεν θα λειτουργούσε πλέον. Εγώ είχα κινητό με απλή κάρτα και πήγα στο συγκεκριμένο υποκατάστημα και ζήτησα να μου βάλουν κάρτα vodafone (την απλή). Ούτε καρτοσυμβόλαια , ούτε συμβόλαια ούτε τίποτα άλλο. Η πωλήτρια μου έλεγε ότι δεν γίνεται και μου έλεγε ότι αναγκαστικά θα πρέπει να πάω σε συμβόλαιο ή καρτοσυμβόλαιο (κάτι τέτοιο). Εγώ αρνήθηκα και έφυγα. Πήρα τηλέφωνο τα κεντρικά της Vodafone και με ενημέρωσαν ότι φυσικά και γίνεται να βάλω απλή κάρτα vodafone και αν μου το αρνηθούν να επικοινωνήσω εκείνη τη στιγμή και πάλι με τα κεντρικά ενώ βρίσκομαι μέσα στο υποκατάστημα. Οπότε επέστρεψα στο κατάστημα και παρόλο που τους ενημέρωσα ότι στα κεντρικά μου είπαν ότι γίνεται να βάλω απλή κάρτα vodafone, στο υποκατάστημα Νάουσας επέμεναν ότι πρέπει να επιλέξω κάποιο πρόγραμμα. Εκτιμήστε μόνοι σας το γιατί επιμέναν τόσο πολύ. Πήρα τηλέφωνο στα κεντρικά μπροστά τους και με επιβεβαίωσαν δηλαδή ότι μπορούσα να βάλω απλή κάρτα χωρίς συμβόλαιο ή καρτοσυμβόλαιο, κτλ. Παρόλα αυτά στο υποκατάστημα αρνήθηκαν να με εξυπηρετήσουν. Κάποια στιγμή μου είπαν ότι μόνο για μένα θα κάνουν μια εξαίρεση. Ξαφνικά η δυνατότητα υπήρχε (μόνο για μένα). Αρνήθηκα καθώς πλέον θεωρούσα ότι πρόκειται για κοροϊδία. Τελικά πήγα στο κατάστημα Βέροιας και μια χαρά μου είπαν ότι γίνεται να βάλω απλή κάρτα. Ωστόσο στο τέλος άλλαξα εταιρεία απλά και μόνο επειδή μου φέρθηκαν έτσι στο υποκατάστημα Vodafone της Νάουσας. Να τονίσω ότι βαθμολογώ αρνητικά μόνο το συγκεκριμένο υποκατάστημα Vodafone της Νάουσας. Η εταιρεία στα κεντρικά με εξυπηρέτησε πολύ καλά. Επομένως προτείνω σε όποιον θέλει να βάλει vodafone ίσως να ψάξει και στα υποκαταστήματα της εταιρείας σε πλησίες πόλεις εκτός Νάουσας. Είναι πολύ πιθανόν να εξυπηρετηθεί πολύ καλύτερα. I had gone to the specific Vodafone branch in Naoussa some time ago when all Cyta prepaid owners had to change company because Cyta would no longer operate. I had a mobile phone with a simple card and I went to the specific branch and asked for a vodafone card (the simple one). No card contracts, no contracts or anything else. The saleswoman told me that it was not possible and told me that I would have to go to a contract or a card contract (something like that). I refused and left. I called the Vodafone headquarters and they informed me that of course it is possible to put a simple vodafone card and if they refuse to contact me at that time again with the headquarters while I am inside the branch. So I returned to the store and although I informed them that the headquarters told me that I could put a simple vodafone card, at the Naoussa branch they insisted that I should choose a program. Judge for yourself why they insisted so much. I called the headquarters in front of them and they confirmed to me that I could put a simple card without a contract or card contract, etc. However, at the branch they refused to serve me. At one point I was told that only for me they would make an exception. Suddenly the possibility was there (just for me). I refused as I now thought it was a joke. Eventually I went to the store in Veria and I was told that it is possible to put a simple card. However, in the end I changed company simply because I was treated like that at the Vodafone branch in Naoussa. Let me emphasize that I only rate negatively the specific Vodafone branch in Naoussa. The company at the headquarters served me very well. Therefore I suggest to anyone who wants to put vodafone maybe look in the company's branches in nearby cities outside Naoussa. It is very likely to be served much better.
