Για μια σύνδεση σταθερή από 1 βδομάδα,15 μέρες που λέγανε πως θα χρειαστεί ταλαιοωρούμαστε 1 μήνα+ λέγοντας μας κάθε φορά πως θα μας πάρουν τηλέφωνο για να στείλουν τεχνικό και τεχνικό δεν βλέπουμε και αν αξιωθεί να έρθει ο άνθρωπος πρέπει να περιμένουμε επιτελείο για άλλες εργασίες. Πολύ αργή εξυπηρέτηση και αρκετή αναμονή έξω από το κατάστημα.
Very bad communication of the store with the technical workshop. For a connection that is stable for 1 week, 15 days when they said it would take 1 hour + telling us every time they would call us to send a technician and technician we do not see and if the person is required to come we have to wait for staff for other work . Very slow service and enough waiting outside the store.
