★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ ικανοποιημένος από την εξυπηρέτηση παρά την μεγάλη ουρά που περίμενε στη σειρά να εξυπηρετηθεί λόγω κορονοϊού. Είχε 3-4 άτομα που εξυπηρετούσαν ταυτόχρονα. Πληροφορήθηκα ότι ήθελα άμεσα, με χαμόγελο και ευγένεια. Προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα.
Very satisfied with the service despite the long queue waiting in line to be served due to coronavirus. It had 3-4 people serving at the same time. I was informed that I wanted it immediately, with a smile and kindness. I strongly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 φορές χρειαστηκαμε βοήθεια γτ δημιουργήθηκε πρόβλημα με την αλλαγή αριθμού ταυτότητας κ τις 2 φορές ο ίδιος υπάλληλος ήταν εξαιρετικός! Βοήθησε κ με το παραπάνω κ εν τέλει μας το διορθωσε κιολας σε δευτερόλεπτα! Ενώ στο κατάστημα της Λαμπράκη η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν μηδενικη κ η υπάλληλος εντελώς ειρωνική για δικό της λάθος!
2 times we needed help because there was a problem with changing the ID number and 2 times the same employee was great! Help with the above and finally fix it for us in seconds! While in the Lambraki store the service was zero and the employee was completely ironic for her own mistake!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Την πρώτη φορά (τον περασμένο μήνα) ξενέρωσα γιατί ενώ η vodafone εξαγόρασε τη cyta επιτρεπόταν να πληρώσω μόνο μετρητά, όχι κάρτα. ΟΚ, δεν έφταιγε το κατάστημα γι' αυτό. Πριν από λίγο πήγα πάλι να πληρώσω λογαριασμό. Αν άκουσα καλά με εξυπηρέτησε η Ναταλί, Στέκομαι στο σταντ της - ούτε ένα τετραγωνικό μέτρο - έρχεται μια άλλη πελάτισσά της ακουμπάει στο σταντ με θέα μέσα στην τσάντα μου και το πορτοφόλι μου. Πριν καν μαζέψω τα πράγματά μου με παρακάμπτει η κυρία και ακουμπάει και πάνω μου για να εξυπηρετηθεί. Της εξηγώ ότι δεν έχω τελειώσει και μου πετάει μία εξυπνάδα. Η ¨¨Ναταλίτσα¨ γελάει. Και απορώ: Όταν πηγαίνετε σε τράπεζα, ΊΚΑ, άλλες υπηρεσίες ή καταστήματα λιανικής σας εξυπηρετούν αλά μπρατσέτα με άλλους πελάτες;. Δεν το ξερα ότι η vodafone έχει εξαγοραστεί από.... τον ΟΑΣΘ να είμαστε όλοι οι πελάτες αγκαλιά. Και να πω είχε κόσμο... Το μαγαζί ήταν άδειο. Την ίδια δουλειά κάνω σε άλλη υπηρεσία. Δεν υπάρχει περίπτωση στην υπηρεσία μου να το κάνουν αυτό σε πελάτη μας. Η Ναταλί άφησε το λογαριασμό μου με τα προσωπικά μου στοιχεία στο σταντ, εκτεθειμένα στην άλλη πελάτισσα. ΤΡΑΓΙΚΟΙ! Να λήξει το συμβόλαιό μου να γλιτώσω από αυτή την εταιρεία.!

And I wonder: When you go to a bank, IKA, other services or retail stores serve you a bracelet with other customers. I did not know that vodafone has been redeemed by ... OASTH to be all customers embrace. And to say he had people ... The shop was empty. I do the same job in another job. There is no way in my service to do this to our client. Natalie left my account with my personal items on the stand, exposed to the other customer. TRAGIC! End my contract to escape from this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το ένα αστέρι φαγώθηκε γιατί κανείς δεν απαντά στα τηλέφωνα . Για συσκευή ήθελα να ρωτήσω το m11 lite αλλά θα το πάρω από αλλού δεν πειράζει . Και ενα ακομα γιατι εκανα αιτηση για φυσικο αεριο και ενω ειπαν οτι 3 4 μερες θα γινει ενεργοποίηση ακομα δεν στειλαν την αιτηση στην εταιρια . την εκανα την αιτηση τηλεφωνικα ομως με την εταιρια κανενα προβλημα .
One star was eaten because no one answers the phones. For device I wanted to ask the m11 lite but I will get it from elsewhere it does not matter. And one more thing because I applied for natural gas and while they said that 3 4 days will be activated they still did not send the application to the company. I made the application over the phone but with the company no problem.
