★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Με μεγάλη μου λύπη ήθελα να αναφέρω για την απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά του τεχνικού της Vodafon Κυριάκου Κεμετσετζίδη στα Γιαννιτσά. Καλέστηκε από την Vodafon να ελέγξει τη ζημιά που είχαμε στον επαγγελματικό μας χώρο για να διορθώσει την ζημιά ή τουλάχιστον να βρει το πρόβλημα. Είμαστε επαγγελματικό ιντερνετικό κατάστημα και έπρεπε όσο το δυνατόν συντομότερα να αποκατασταθεί η βλάβη. Μιλάμε για έναν ανισόρροπο άνθρωπο, ερειστικό και αναποτελεσματικό που στα 2 με 3 λεπτά που ήταν στο κατάστημά μας και αφού σχεδόν τον "παρακαλούσαμε" να δει το καλώδιο, έφυγε με νεύρα γιατί έλεγε πως δεν μπορεί να κάνει 2 φορές την ίδια δουλειά (λες και την έκανε μια...) Μείναμε εξαιτίας του για 10 ημέρες χωρίς σταθερό τηλέφωνο και internet. Λυπούμαστε πάρα πολύ για την επιλογή των συνεργατών της Vodafon και φυσικά εξαιτίας αυτής της όλης διαδικασίας θα αλλάξουμε εταιρεία. Επειδή τόσα χρόνια δεν είχαμε προβλήματα με την Vodafon και τονίζω πως ΜΟΝΟ ο τεχνικός της εταιρείας μας δημιούργησε πολύ μεγάλο πρόβλημα, ευχόμαστε και ελπίζουμε η αξιολόγηση των συνεργατών σας να γίνεται πιο σωστά και αποτελεσματικά.
 With great sadness I wanted to report on the unacceptable behavior of Vodafon coach Kyriakos Kemetsetzidis in Giannitsa. He was called by Vodafon to check the damage we had in our business to fix the damage or at least find the problem. We are a professional online store and the damage had to be repaired as soon as possible. We are talking about an unbalanced man, destructive and ineffective who in the 2 to 3 minutes he was in our store and after we almost "begged" him to see the cable, he left with nerves because he said that he could not do the same job twice (as if made her a ...) We stayed because of him for 10 days without a landline and internet. We are very sorry for the choice of Vodafon partners and of course because of this whole process we will change company. Because we have not had any problems with Vodafon for so many years and I emphasize that ONLY the technician of our company has created a very big problem, we wish and hope that the evaluation of your partners will be more correct and effective.
