Only in the store in Ilion they always serve me with willingness and courtesy. Many good communication the employees and the blonde lady that I understood is responsible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καθόλου καλή εξυπηρέτηση, μου πούλησαν παπούτσι για γνήσιο δέρμα ενώ δεν ήταν το επέστρεψα και φυσικά δεν μου επέστρεψαν τα χρήματα μου όπως θα έπρεπε να γίνει ,μου έδωσαν έναν πιστωτικό το οποίο έχει και ημερομηνία ληξης,κι αφού πήγα να διαλέξω αλλά παπούτσια πήγα 2 φορές η πωλήτρια με ειρωνευτηκε λέγοντάς μου οτι"στο τέλος θα γίνουμε και φιλες" την ενοχλησαμε που πηγαμε 2 φορες επειδη μου πιστωσε ενα πενηνταρικο με το ετσι θελω απαραδεχτη συμπεριφορά
Not at all good service, they sold me a shoe for genuine leather while it was not I returned it and of course they did not return my money as it should be done, they gave me a credit which has an expiration date, and after I went to choose but shoes I went 2 times the saleswoman made fun of me by telling me that "in the end we will become friends" we bothered her that we went 2 times because she credited me a penny with it so I want unacceptable behavior

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service, friendly staff and attentive to costumers' needs. All members of staff wore masks and took gentle (not aggressive) care of every customer! Prices were very reasonable. I got 5 pairs of shoes and one bag for 103€
