★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible rude service this evening...was told by the young assistant that this is not a self service shop..to try any shoes on we have to request first.. .you can't just try shoes ...waited at least 10 minutes after that to be served and then was ignored...best a little customer service training gets put in place..m

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the store today and I want to buy two pairs of shoes. I asked the staff if I could use their toilet. I am pregnant and I want to use the toilet most of the time. The lady told me that I could not use their toilet due to COVID. They asked me to go to the cafe across the street because they have a toilet there. For me, their reason doesn't make any sense. Everyone can go in and out without wearing a mask. They don’t have pity for pregnant ladies. My husband and I left the store without buying anything. Very poor customer service.
