E	Eleni Tetepoulidou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγαμε στο εν λόγω κατάστημα, ήρθε με το κινητό μια αγενεστατη κυρία, η οποία ήθελε να αφήσω το γιο μου, πεντεμιση χρονών έξω από το κατάστημα, γιατί δεν της αρκούσε το σελφ τεστ του σχολείου. Απαράδεκτο. Όλα έχουν κι ένα όριο. We went to the store in question, a rude lady came with her mobile phone, who wanted me to leave my son, five and a half years old, outside the store, because the school self-test was not enough for her. Unacceptable. Everything has a limit.

Η υπευθυνη ευγενεστατη ....το ίδιο και όλες οι πωλήτριες (τουλάχιστον με όσες εχω συνδιαλαγεί!) Μπράβο ! Every time I have visited the store I have been served in the best way. The most polite person in charge .... the same goes for all the saleswomen (at least with the ones I have negotiated with!) Well done !
l	litsa avrami on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ούτε ένα αστέρι δεν αξίζει. Αγενέστατο το προσωπικό κ πολύ περισσότερο ο "κύριος" στον όροφο. Μόνο που δε μας πέταξε τα παπούτσια στο κεφάλι. Not even a star is worth it. The staff is very rude and much more the "master" on the floor. Only he did not throw his shoes at our heads.

Gentle staff and always willing to serve you, !!! Great variety. Very good prices ,, !!! Well done to the management of the company for its staff !!! D	Despoina Prevoli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά ορισμένων πωλητριών.Επισκέφτηκα απόγευμα προς βραδάκι την Παρασκευή 13/5/2022 το συγκεκριμένο μαγαζί. Είχε αρκετό κόσμο. Αρχικά ζήτησα ευγενικά από τις πωλήτριες να μου δείξουν κάποια παπούτσια. Μετά όμως,καθώς δεν ήταν κανείς δίπλα μου να με εξυπηρετήσει, βρήκα το νούμερο μου και πήρα μόνη μου ένα κουτί. Είπα κιόλας χαριτολογώνας στη μελαχρινή πωλήτρια που κάποια στιγμή πέρασε από μπροστά μου ότι πήρα μόνη μου το κουτί. Αφού μου λέει βρήκατε το νούμερο σας, καλά κάνατε. Και ξαφνικά με βλέπει μια κυρία ηλικιωμένη, προφανώς η υπεύθυνη και μου κάνει παρατήρηση με ένα ύφος....λες και ήμουν στη δούλεψή της- τύπου θα μας το λέτε εμάς όμως να σας τα βγάζουμε,όχι από μόνη σας. Φώναζε!!!! Τότε εγώ είπα μα ρώτησα μια κοπέλα και μου είπε ότι δεν υπάρχει πρόβλημα και με ρώτησε και αυτή και μια άλλη καστανόξανθη πωλήτρια με έντονο ύφος ποια κοπέλα μου είπε αυτό το πράγμα! Φυσικά δεν την κάρφωσα. Η πλάκα είναι ότι όταν είχα πρωτομπεί στο κατάστημα ήταν και οι 2 τους όλο χαμόγελα και εξυπηρετήσεις. Μετά....πιο ξινές δεν πάει- από τη μια η κυρία αυτή - κυρία Στέλλα νομίζω τη λέγανε- και από την άλλη η καστανόξανθη πωλήτρια που προφανώς την έγλυφε. Τραγικές. Αισθάνθηκα τόσο άσχημα. Κι εγώ πραγματικά έπαιρνα πήρα το κουτί μόνη μου για να μην τις φωνάζω και τις απασχολώ μιας και είχαν τόση δουλειά! Μετά πήγα να δοκιμάσω κάτι πέδιλα και να σου πάλι η ηλικιωμένη να μου λέει αυτό είναι το νούμερο σας, δεν το βλέπετε; Ε, της λέω σκεφτόμουν μήπως έπαιρνα μεγαλύτερο. Αυτό είναι το νούμερό σας να λέει πάλι σε έντονο ύφος. Γιατί να θέλετε μεγαλύτερο για να φαίνεται ξένο??? Γυρνούσαν όλοι και με κοιτούσαν. Ένιωσα τόσο αμήχανα. Η μόνη που άξιζε από πλευράς συμπεριφοράς ήταν η μελαχρινή κοπέλα. Ελπίζω να δουν αυτό το σχόλιο και να αλλάξουν άμεσα συμπεριφορά. Πελάτες είμαστε. Να ψωνίσουμε πήγαμε και όχι να μας προσβάλλουν και να μας κάνουν ρεζίλι. Έφυγα ταραγμένη και με χαλασμένη διάθεση. Τους πληρώνουμε για να μας συγχύζουν. Λογικά δε θα ξαναπατήσω. Unacceptable behavior of some saleswomen. I visited this store in the afternoon and evening on Friday 13/5/2022. It was quite crowded. At first I politely asked the saleswomen to show me some shoes. But then, as no one was next to me to serve me, I found my number and got a box myself. I even said a joke to the brunette saleswoman who at some point passed in front of me that I got the box myself. After he tells me you found your number, you did well. And suddenly an old lady sees me, obviously the one in charge, and remarks to me with a style .... as if I were at her work- type, but you will tell us to take it out on you, not on your own. He was shouting !!!! Then I said but I asked a girl and she told me that there is no problem and she and another auburn saleswoman asked me with a strong style which girl told me this thing! Of course I did not nail it. The funny thing is that when I first came to the store they were both full of smiles and services. Then .... it does not go more sour - on the one hand this lady - Mrs. Stella I think they called her - and on the other the brown-haired saleswoman who obviously licked her. Tragic. I felt so bad. And I really took the box myself so as not to shout at them and keep them busy since they had so much work! Then I went to try on some sandals and again the old woman tells me this is your number, don't you see? Well, I'm telling her I was wondering if I was getting bigger. This is your number to say again in bold. Why want bigger to look foreign ??? Everyone turned and looked at me. I felt so embarrassed. The only one who deserved in terms of behavior was the brunette girl. I hope they see this comment and change their behavior immediately. We are customers. We went shopping and not to be insulted and resentful. I left confused and in a bad mood. We pay them to confuse us. Of course I will not cheat again.
