d	dimitra mortopoulou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ειχα ΑΠΟΔΕΙΞΗ ΕΠΙΣΤΡΟΦΗΣ απο καταστημα Θεσσαλονικης.Λογω covid & κλεισιμο αγορας ειχα επικοινωνησει με το καταστημα εκεινο κ μου ειπαν να μην ανησυχω για την ημερομηνια ληξης διοτι καταλαβαινουν το κωλυμα των κλειστων καταστηματων..Στο καταστημα των Σερρων δεν δεχτηκαν την αποδειξη γιατι ειχε λιγο ξεθωριασει ---φαινονταν ολα τα στοιχεια οπως το χρηματικο ποσο κ η ημερομηνια ληξης---κ δεν μπορουσαν να την σκαναρουν...Φανταστειτε να πηγαινα κ πολυ αργοτερα οπως μουχαν πει απο το καταστημα της Θεσσαλονικης...Τους ζητησα να δουνε μηπως φαινοταν η πιστωση απο την καρτα noivoi που εχω με τα στοιχεια...αν γινοταν να πληκτρολογησουν καπως τον κωδικο ή το ποσό...ηταν ανενδοτες ιδιως η κα μεγαλυτερης ηλικιας που ηταν εκει...οχι μονο δεν προσπαθησαν να βρουμε μια λυση αλλά μου μιλουσαν κ πολυ αποτομα.."τι να κανουμε??δεν περναει απο το πιστολι...δεν φταιμε εμεις". Μα το χαρτι της αποδειξης που διπλωμενη θεθωριαζει κ το οτι δεν εχουν(μετα απο τοσα χρονια λειτουργιας τους)εναν αλλο τροπο να περναν το πιστωτικο ποιανου λαθος ειναι? καμια ορεξη να εξυπηρετησουν ασχετως αν το καταφερναν...Πιστευω(το σκεφτηκα μετα φυσικα) οτι με το πατημα του barcode με μαρκαδορο πολυ πιθανο να γινοταν...κ άλλους πολλους τροπους....... I had a RECEIPT RETURN from a store in Thessaloniki. Due to covid & closing purchase I had contacted that store and they told me not to worry about the expiration date because they understand the obstacle of closed stores. - all the details were visible such as the amount of money and the expiration date --- and they could not scan it ... Imagine I would go much later as they told me from the store in Thessaloniki ... I asked them to see if the credit from the noivoi card I have with the details ... if they could type in the code or the amount ... they were adamant especially the older lady who was there ... not only did they not try to find a solution but they talked to me and very abruptly .. "what to do ?? it does not pass through the pistol ... it is not our fault". But the paper of the proof that is folded proves that they do not have (after so many years of operation) another way to pass the credit, whose mistake is it? no appetite to serve regardless of whether they succeeded ... I believe (I thought about it afterwards of course) that by pressing the barcode with a marker it would very likely happen ... and many other ways .......
Β	Βασιλική Αδαμίδου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρά πολύ καλό μαγαζί, άριστη εξυπηρέτηση από τις υπαλλήλους, καθαρός ο χώρος και κάτω και πάνω. Μεγάλη ποικιλία παπουτσιών σε όλα τα μεγέθη σε όλα τα γούστα για μικρούς και μεγάλους. Όσο για τις τιμές νομίζω καλύτερες δεν γίνονται και με πολλές προσφορές. Despite a very good shop, excellent service by the employees, clean the space up and down. Wide variety of shoes in all sizes in all tastes for young and old. As for prices, I think it's better not with many offers.

A	Art Kam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι. Ειδικά η κυρία μεγάλης ηλικίας στο ταμείο που είναι. Πριν μια εβδομάδα αγόρασα ένα ζευγάρι γυναικεία πέδιλα, τα φόρεσα μια φορά και όλο το χρώμα βγήκε στο πόδι μου. Πήγα διακριτικά να ενημερώσω την κυρία στο ταμείο και αν μπορούμε να κάνουμε κάτι και η απάντηση ήταν μέσα στην ειρωνεία "Ε τι να κάνουμε μπορεί να συμβεί σε όλους μας ". Συγνώμη αλλά στην εποχή που ζούμε πλέον απαιτώ και τα 25€ που δίνω για ένα ζευγάρι παπούτσια να μην είναι για πέταμα. Μετά να μην κάνουν παράπονα οι έμποροι που δεν στηρίζουμε τα μαγαζιά τους και επιλέγουμε να ψωνίζουμε μέσω internet, που έχει και περισσότερες προσφορές . Unacceptable. Especially the old lady at the checkout that is. A week ago I bought a pair of women's sandals, I wore them once and all the color came out on my foot. I discreetly went to inform the lady at the checkout and if we could do something and the answer was in the irony "What to do can happen to all of us". Sorry but in the times we live in now I demand the 25 € that I give for a pair of shoes not to be thrown away.
