Beautiful furniture with a lifetime warranty, you can request custom dimensions, colors and it can be done. I recommend it. Disadvantage that it does not have installments with a credit card.
I	Ioanna Ch. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πριν από κάποιους μήνες αγοράσαμε ένα (πολύ όμορφο ομολογουμένως) μεταλλικό κρεβάτι, το οποίο μεταφέραμε στο εξοχικό. Όταν το ξεσυσκευάσαμε παρατήρησα ότι στη μία πλαϊνή τραβέρσα το μέταλλο είχε σημάδια από τη συγκόλληση (στη ραφή) και μία τρυπούλα, σαν να μην χύθηκε αρκετό μέταλλο σε εκείνο το σημείο. Οι ατέλειες αυτές ήταν από την κάτω πλευρά του κρεβατιού, οπότε δεν φαίνονται ευτυχώς. Όταν επιστρέψαμε στη Θεσσαλονίκη, πήγαμε στο κατάστημα και δείξαμε φωτογραφίες στον πωλητή, ο οποίος μας διαβεβαίωσε ότι θα μιλήσει με το εργοστάσιο και θα κανονίσει η τραβέρσα αυτή να αντικατασταθεί. Ωστόσο μετά από μια-δυο μέρες με πήρε τηλέφωνο για να μου πει ότι το εργοστάσιο λέει ότι αυτό δεν είναι πρόβλημα (λειτουργικό προφανώς) και δεν χρειάζεται αντικατάσταση εφόσον δεν φαίνεται και να μιλήσω εγώ απευθείας με το εργοστάσιο αν θέλω. Μετά από παρότρυνση του συντρόφου μου δεν το έκανα περαιτέρω θέμα για να μη χαλάσουμε το υπόλοιπο των διακοπών μας, ωστόσο θεωρώ απαράδεκτο από ένα καλό κατάστημα που διαφημίζεται για την ποιότητά του και την περίφημη εγγύηση εφόρου ζωής να έχει τόσο κακό after sale service σε προϊόν που δεν παρέδωσε άψογο. Μοναδικό design, αλλά ως εκεί. (Και αυτή η τρυπούλα στο μέταλλο θα συνεχίσει να με αγχώνει γιατί βρίσκεται σε εξοχικό...) ΑΠ: όπως φαίνεται από τη φωτογραφία δεν είναι βέβαια για το κρέμασμα του κρεβατιού (καθώς δεν έχει συγκεκριμένο σχήμα και η άλλη τραβέρσα είναι άψογη). Για τέτοιου είδους ατέλειες επώνυμα καταστήματα με πολύ φθηνότερα προϊόντα κάνουν επιστροφές/αλλαγές. Μιλάμε για ένα πλαϊνό απλό σίδερο, που όπως μας είπε ο πωλητής στην αρχή, δεν είναι τίποτα για το εργοστάσιο να γίνει. A few months ago we bought a (admittedly very beautiful) metal bed, which we transferred to the cottage. When we unpacked it I noticed that on one side traverse the metal had marks from welding (at the seam) and a hole, as if not enough metal had been spilled at that point. These imperfections were on the underside of the bed, so they do not look happy. When we returned to Thessaloniki, we went to the store and showed photos to the seller, who assured us that he would talk to the factory and arrange for this traverse to be replaced. However after a couple of days he called me to tell me that the factory says this is not a problem (obviously operational) and does not need to be replaced since it does not appear and I can talk directly to the factory if I want. At the urging of my partner I did not make it a further issue so as not to spoil the rest of our vacation, however I find it unacceptable from a good store advertised for its quality and the famous lifetime warranty to have such a bad after sale service in a product that did not deliver flawlessly. Unique design, but so far. (And this hole in the metal will continue to stress me because it is in a country house ...) AP: as can be seen from the photo, it is of course not for hanging the bed (as it does not have a specific shape and the other traverse is perfect). For such imperfections branded stores with much cheaper products make returns / changes. We are talking about a side iron, which as the seller told us at the beginning, is nothing for the factory to do.
