Μεταλλικά μεν, ασταθή δε... δεν έχουν κατασκευαστεί αποκλειστικά από σιδεράδες με τον παλιό τρόπο δηλαδή καμίνι και σφυριλατισμα. .. και άλλα πολλά που δεν υπάρχει νόημα να αναφέρω γιατί όποιος θέλει κάτι τέτοιο συγκεκριμένα μόλις δεί θα καταλάβει.... Ο υπεφθηνος καταστήματος έχει πάρα πολλές γνώσεις και είναι πρόθυμος να σε βοηθήσει στο οτιδήποτε. Excellent service, terribly trained in their subject. Easy parking, very good products! Το στρωμα ασηκωτο καθώς και τα μέρη του κρεβατιού.Ποιους να βρεις να σε βοηθήσουν που υπάρχει διακύμανση 2 ωρών. Ειλικρινα ήθελα να αγοράσω άλλο ένα αλλά δεν το κάνω. The service is perfect, the delivery but the transport and delivery of the product is unacceptable. Traumatic experience. I paid 50 euros to bring it to the entrance without caring that I will transport it. The mattress is removable as well as the parts of the bed. Ο καθρέπτης ήταν ελαττωματικός (ξεκολλημενος ο καθρέπτης από το πλαίσιο με ο,τι συνεπάγεται αυτό, σχετικά με την ασφάλεια και τον αυξημένο κίνδυνος τραυματισμού) Υπήρχε χρέωση μεταφορικών, ξεχωριστά για κάθε προϊόν, παρόλο που η παράδοση πραγματοποιήθηκε με το ίδιο δρομολόγιο(μία παραγγελία) (εννοείται ότι η παράδοση έγινε στην είσοδο, κάτι το οποίο γνώριζα δεδομένης προηγούμενης μου εμπειρίας) Παρόλο την εν μέρει εξυπηρέτηση μου, κατόπιν επικοινωνίας με τον πωλητή της εταιρίας στην Αθήνα,σχετικά με την αποκατάσταση του ελαττωματικού προϊόντος, η εταιρία ακόμα δεν έχει απαντήσει στο απεσταλμένο mail(χωρίς να γνωρίζω το χρονικό διάστημα που θεωρείτε εύλογο, από την εταιρία, για την επεξεργασία του) We had ordered two products (bed, mirror). The mirror was defective (detaching the mirror from the frame with all that entails, in terms of safety and increased risk of injury) There was a shipping charge, separately for each product, although the delivery was made on the same route (one order) (of course the delivery was made at the entrance, something I knew from my previous experience) Despite my partial service, after contacting the seller of the company in Athens, regarding the restoration of the defective product, the company has not yet responded to the sent mail (without knowing the time period that you consider reasonable, by the company, for its processing)

Κι ενώ διαβάζω διάφορα παράπονα που αφορούν τον τρόπο παράδοσης,η οποία γίνεται από εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες, ούτε εκεί είχαμε κάποιο πρόβλημα. Παρέδωσαν στον δεύτερο όροφο κ από τις σκάλες, αγόγγιστα. Τώρα ότι αφορά το κόστος. Τι δεν έχει αντίτιμο ρε παιδιά?? Κάθε υπηρεσία πληρώνεται, τώρα κ πάντα. Εγώ συστήνω Volcano σε όσους αρέσει αυτό το στυλ!!!
