★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst decision I ever made. They are just trapping people and looting them. Every month I've to go to their office to tell them that I m receiving alot even I m not using that much. Just awful . Now trying to find an alternative soon will get rid of this company ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lived in Greece for 20 years now and this company is the most un professional company i have ever come across i have been called all hours of the day and night asking them not to waste my time and call me as i have panels and Generators but they still call me as to date 48 times if it happens again i will contact the law who surely must do something about the bad ways of trading.

If you don't want to lose money look for another supplier.
They will falsely inform you about the attractive prices then you will discover the true inflated prices when you start receiving the bills. Relying on the hidden price adjustment clause, they claim is legal, an unfair hefty amounts will be added at every bill.
Not sure how the authorities are not investigating this dubious activity. From my end, I just terminated the contract after nine month and intend to assess my legal rights.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not register with Volton. Their CS Team is a joke. Their billing is borderline criminal. They are suddenly charging me 110% more then what I should be paying on a monthly basis. They have also suddenly changed the the due date on paying bills in order to trick customers and have them pay higher rates. They need a class action lawsuit filed against them immediately.

No one ever told me I would have to pay for their company's "risk" if power were ever to become more expensive!!!
I'm on the unemployment benefit and their electricity bill is now TRIPLE OF WHAT IT USED TO BE!!!, half of my allowance every month!
Their support line, every time I needed them during these 2+ years, were borderline useless!
STAY AWAY! STAY SAFE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's mind blowing how bad they are. I need a simple document which proves I don't owe any money to Volton and I had to call them 5 times, send 4 emails and even have my lawyer on it. They say they don't have a legal department so my lawyer could only talk to customer support. I am waiting for over a month for that simple paper and they simply won't respond. I am about to sell my appartment but the whole deal is about to be cancelled because I am missing this paper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A company of thieves, we are two people who live in a 55m apartment and we pay around 100 euros for electricity every month for Volton.
This month we have to pay 220 euros even though we don't use too much electricity in the apartment since we both work.
They offer you two months free in the beginning but believe me they will send you after some imaginary invoices ...
I also compared my bill with that of my neighbors (5 members) so there is a big difference between what I pay and what they pay with another company
I do not recommend them, they are big thieves. I'm going to cancel my contract with them.
