K	Kostas Michalopoulos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID IT. ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ. Δεν απαντάνε στα μηνύματα και ο τελευταίος μου λογαριασμός (Ιανουάριος 2022 στο σπίτι μου) ήρθε 847 ευρώ!!!!!!! AVOID IT. UNACCEPTABLE. They do not respond to the messages and my last bill (January 2022 in my house) came 847 euros !!!!!!!

I	Irene Lykourinou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν είμαι πελάτισσα ενώ σκεφτόμουν να γίνω. Πάλι καλά δηλαδή που μίλησα με γνωστούς. Συμβαίνει το εξής άκυρο: Ένας γνωστός μου στο εξωτερικό προσπαθεί να πληρώσει εδώ και μήνες τα χρωστούμενα από τραπεζικό λογαριασμό του εξωτερικού και του είχαν πει να στείλει email για να του δώσουν το IBAN τους. Δεν απάντησαν ποτέ στο mail. Τους έχει καλέσει άπειρες φορές για το θέμα και πάντα του λένε το εξωφρενικό: "το IBAN μας είναι προσωπικό δεδομένο και δεν μπορούμε να σας το δώσουμε". Μόνο προτείνουν να πληρώσει άλλος γνωστός στην Ελλάδα! Εντωμεταξύ όλες οι άλλες εταιρείες του έχουν δώσει κανονικά τα IBAN τους και κάνει τις πληρωμές του, συμπεριλαμβανομένης και μιας άλλης εταιρείας παροχής ηλεκτρικού ρεύματος στην οποία φυσικά απευθύνθηκε αμέσως μετά από αυτήν την αντιμετώπιση... Ειδικά αν είστε κάτοικος εξωτερικού, ΜΑΚΡΙΑ. I'm not a customer while I'm thinking about becoming one. Again, it's good that I talked to acquaintances. The following is invalid: An acquaintance of mine abroad has been trying to pay off the debts from a foreign bank account for months and they had told him to send an email to give him their IBAN. They never responded to the mail. He has called them countless times on the subject and they always tell him the outrageous: "our IBAN is personal data and we can not give it to you". They only suggest that another acquaintance in Greece pay! In the meantime, all his other companies have given him their IBANs normally and he is making his payments, including another electricity supply company, which of course he turned to immediately after this treatment ... Especially if you live abroad, AWAY.
A	Aviv Sharon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A company that tries to over charging foreigners and giving them an imaginary amount like they are running a factory at home should be shutdown and send for investigation. Do yourself a favor and don't sign a contract with this supplier.
