★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απλά απαράδεκτοι ! Πήγα παραμονή πρωτοχρονιάς 11:00 το πρωί με βλάβη και δεν δέχτηκαν ούτε να δουν το αυτοκίνητο. Ο τύπος στο γραφείο δεν είπε ούτε καλημέρα δεν σήκωσε τα μάτια του να κοιτάξει και απλά είπε πως « δεν έχω διαγνωστικό από το εργοστάσιο». Αν δεν θέλετε να δουλέψετε κλείστε το.
 Just unacceptable! I went in at 11:00 am New Year's Eve with a breakdown and they didn't even get to see the car. The guy in the office did not say good morning nor did he raise his eyes to look and simply said "I have no factory diagnostics". If you don't want to work, close it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ένδειξη βλάβης στην μπαταρία ενός καινούργιου ( 2 μηνών) Β4 XC60 προ εβδομάδος νωρίς το μεσημέρι σε ταξίδι στη Θεσσαλονίκη. Επίσκεψη εκτάκτως στο συνεργείο με τρία παιδιά φορτωμένα πίσω. Απάντηση του υπεύθυνου: "Εμείς δεν ασχολούμαστε με υβριδικά, να το πάτε στον Σφακιανάκη". Ευτυχώς που δεν το αγόρασα από αυτούς τελικά.
