But after 1 year , I must have a repair- because the window, where I need air for the whole night, is now defect. So I call, I make a few visits in the shop,I send mails- nothing happend until now( the hottesttime of the year)- The quality-menagement dosent exsist! Sogar der Firmenchef war hier, das Fenster ist nicht repariert seit über 4 Jahren. Die Fensterfirma darf das Patent von Schüco Germany, in der eigenen Fa. fertigen auch mit allen Sonderwünschen und Größen die man wünscht. Mein Freund wartet jetzt leider auch schon über 3 Jahre mit riesen Fenstern auf eine Fertigstellung.- sie machen Sie Fenster in allen Dimensionen- aber halt leider ohne Kundendienst zu garantieren. Even the head of the company was here, the window hasn't been repaired for over 4 years. The window company is allowed to manufacture the patent from Schüco Germany in their own company with all special requests and sizes that you want. Unfortunately, my friend has been waiting for completion for over 3 years with huge windows - they make windows in all dimensions - but unfortunately without guaranteeing customer service.
