We went here for 8 nights in June. I must say I was amazed from the moment I stepped into the suites. Everything is new and it is looking exactly like in the official site presentation. It is very clean, well arranged and cozy. The amenities are matching a 5* hotel. You have everything you need: clean towels, bath accessories, coffee machine, etc. They clean the room daily, but very discreet, so that you won't feel bothered. The villa is located on a secondary road, far enough from the main road and the terrible noise made by the cars / motors. It is a very quiet place where you get a good rest. There is a private place for parking surrounded with fence. The place is very closed to the beach, supermarket and taverns, so you have all the ingredients for a great vacation. Also the hosts, Kiki and Dimitris are very nice and kind. They are really interested in making the guests feel great. They are discreet, you won't feel them around, but they're very warm persons with whom you can discuss a lot of things and have a really nice conversation. Congrats for managing such a great business!

Nice place, very beautiful suites, very clear, nice people, friendly, polite and they do everything to provide you with a very pleasant stay! High standard facilities and services like being in a 5 star hotel! Great location, next to the beach, only 2 minutes on foot, Golden Coast, and,, very close to cafes as well as tavernas and restaurants on the shore! Highly recommended for quality summer vacation, for both couples and families with kids!

Very poor , the reality is not the same like in the pictures ! Take care not to be trick by the pictures We was 5 families and we ocupied most of the villa Our family ( 3 adults and 2 kids ) stay in the most bigger and expensive suite Aura Overrated , overpriced .. we pay 170 euro per night ( nothing included) 1.the building is situated in a dusty road and everytime when a car cross there .. the veranda will be full of dust 2. Our apartament have 2 rooms : one bedroom with a very small bed 140 ( not proper for 2 adults ) one livingroom with kitchen inside , a sofa bed and one small bed 3. The sofa was broken and extremely uncomfortable 4. In the small bed i fiind flyes ( purici ) that pick me all the night 5. The matress from the 'big' small bed was making me very hot and we sweet all the night 6. The pool is not a pool is something very small.. for 2 kids.. smaller then my bathroom jacuzzi from my house 7. The kitchen not very well equiped : small frige , no pan fry ,no toaster ( only sandwich maker ) , i didnt have garbage .. only some garbage bag under the sink, no soap and sponge for washing the plates 8. A very big problem is that in the 2 rooms have only one Ac ( air conditioner) which was too big for the livingroom but also in the same time could not cool the small bedroom .. during the night we could not use it .. after the first night my houseband became sick because of aircon and uncomfortable beds ! We leave during the day the Ac open but the host come everytime and close it .. ? 9. Other anouing thing is THE HOST ..KIKI didnt offer you privacy ... She come every morning to bother us and speack and speack .. we wanted to go to beaches to enjoy the island and she was not stopping speaking... After 2 days I pretend that I dont understand english and my housband hide because she was always in our veranda .. very boring and not normal 10. Very important : The apartment have ONLY ONE BATHROOM - not a proper one - the shower dosent have any sinking proper the water and the water was running in the livingroom ,we need a lot of towels on the floor to stop it, the sink was uncomfortable we could not put cosmetics on ..from the description and the pictures you could not understand very well if is one or 2 bath .. but is one .. and not a good one 11. Very important : dont TRUST KIKI the host.. if she tell you FREE CANCELLATION .. is not . We discuss 2 months before that we need a flexible free cancelation policy because of CoViD situation and we wanted to have the possibility to cancel if the situation required .. we wanted to go 2 days before because we have a situation that we could not postpone and she pretend that we didnt have free cancelation .. and she wanted the money for the 2 days that we didn't want to stay .. which was impropriate 12. In one of the days we was visit By a RAT ? 13. She ask money cash and in the beggining she didnt want to give us invoice ! I insisit until I receved .. but I had to insist a lot The conclusion : the location is not like in the pictures , the description is tricky , dont trust the Host , the value of apartament is not more then 80 euro in high season.. dont pay more

I not recommend this place for families with kids ! In the pictures it looks very nice but in reality is not ! The beds are too small , the mattress was making us sweet every night , the apartment have only one bathroom which have linking water in the living room ! Actually. You cannot fit there more then 2 adults and children maximum 2 because is 2rooms , one very small with a small bed and the other is the livingroom and the kitchen toghether! The kitchen is not well equippet : frige small ... very uncomfortable and not recommended The building is situated in a road with stones and dust and all the dust was in our veranda when the cars was going by there Is not very close to beach , quite far We will not come again for sure A lot of beans and flyes !! The rooms was very noisy and you can heard your neighbors speaking and making shower !!! You cannot sleep properly , you cannot relax and if you choose this place is a complicated vacation , especially if you come with kids

Disappointment Iwent toghether with some friends to spend our holiday ! We book Thero apartament because is supposed to be romantic with my wife to have one apartment with pool and garden ! I was disappointed from the first moment because THE POOL IS TOO SMALL and the terace is something around the pool .. NO PRIVACY, the neighbors see you in the pool also if a car will cross the road ..all the dust from outside was inside so we didnt used this facility - the price was too much .. i was thinking because of the pool but .. is just for the pictures.. so first dont trust the pictures ! 150 euro per night is too much ! The apartment is 2 floor - you heard everysound from up to down and also from the neighbors! the bed is too small 140 - we could not sleep comfortable ! The kitchen small and we didnt have diswasher, soap and sponge for the dishes! The frige too small for a vacation that you dont have meals included and is supposed to take the breakfast and maybe dinner in your apartamnet ! The woman that manage the place was to pushing and rude ! I wanted to rent and left alone for us her multiple visits was too much .... No privacy , too expensive , the pictures is made very good but dont reflect the reality ! The building is in a dusty road and all the dust is in the 'terace ' and pool !!

The review is a combination of few good things, some average thing and too many bad things that ruined a nice vacation. The good: - our room had a small garden with an old olive tree and a small pool. - when cleaned the rooms were clean. - not far away from beach. The average: - country road from main road to property. - walking difficult to the beach in this country road. - the AC was working but was facing the bed and during day it was stopped on purpose by the host. - room was not apartment but more like a studio with just one bathroom. - bathroom was for handicapped person so was licking water allover it as there was no glass protection. - the toilet was hard to use for a normal person as was for handicapped person. Also very tall. - the bed was not comfortable - you could hear everything in the next room (yes including intimate times) - the main bed was hardly enough for to 2 average height person. Being tall or sleeping with a kid was almost impossible to fit. Host said was 160 but felt more like 140. - the value for the money was very low so we felt we overpaid. The ugly - the host was very annoying buzzing us every morning with a lot of questions even though we quite give the feedback we don't want to chat too much - she was very aggressive once we start to outline the things we find different from the presentation and we end up cancelling our stay and ruining 2 days of vacation due to the fact that she made us leave earlier. Overall if you get a cheap price and manage to avoid talking with the host it can be ok. I will never return back and i would not recommend this place to other people.

Its not the same, pictures UNREAL, isn’t worth the money I spend with my family the holiday there in the vila Theros, that includes pool in the garden. I was very disappointed when I arrive, because what I saw in the pictures wasn’t the same. First of all, the apartment includes downstairs the kitchen, sofa, only one bathroom and upstairs is the bed, 140 cm, very small, mattres very inconfortable. After the first nights, I discover that I made an allergie from the flyes in the mattres, even this covered with a plastic material and after was the sheets. Next night I decide to sleep in the sofa but was very unconfortable. The pool is not a pool is something very small The kitchen has plates, glasses, very small fridge.It doesn’t include sponge or soap to wash the dishes. The air conditioner is only one in the whole apartment that didn’t cover all the space, upstairs during the night was very hot, and imagine also the plastic that cover the matress…we couldn’t sleep. The bulding is near a dusty road where the car cross and is noisy and a lot of dust. Also there are a lot of insects in the area In one of the day we was visited by a rat, and the owner Kiki told us that “the nature and the surroundings doesn’t help them”not any other solution. Also during the nights I saw frogs outside the door of our apartment, under the door. The price 150 euro price per night , isn’t worth the money . Overrated , overpriced .. we pay 150 euro per night ( nothing included) Also don’t trust in the owner Kiki, free cancelation isn’t true. She sell us the apartment with 150euro with free cancelation, but she took extra taxes and even is covid situation and in our country was difficult situations, she didn’t apply free cancelations. In another way, Miss Kiki, each morning keep us a lot of minutes with different discussion,even we told her that we need to go , she insist to speak and it was courteous from her side to do this, we didn’t understand why she does this each morning The location is not like in the pictures , the description is tricky , dont trust in the owner miss Kiki, ask all the informations by email or writed, and also pay card to have the proof of the payment, if you don’t want to have surprises….

We are now here and in fact we will stay 1 more night as we loved it. It is clean, comfortable and has all we needed for our stay. The pool is the favorite place for my kids. I will stay again in Votsalo suites if I come to Thassos :)
