P	Patrick B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avions réservé 2 nuits chez Voula par téléphone. Surprise en arrivant à 12h, la chambre a été louée à des gens pour 10 jours!!! C'est l heure de la préparation du déjeuner, alors on nous dit de demander aux guest house voisines....qui s'avèrent être complètes. Une demi heure plus tard, nous revenons pour nous plaindre et enfin on daigne s'occuper de nous et faire des démarches téléphoniques pour trouver enfin une chambre à Lentas. C'est notre 3ème séjour en Crete et la première déconvenue de la sorte. Scandaleux We had booked 2 nights at Voula by phone. Surprise arriving at 12 noon, the room was rented to people for 10 days !!! It is time to prepare lunch, so we are told to ask the neighboring guest houses .... which turn out to be full. Half an hour later, we come back to complain and finally they deign to take care of us and make phone calls to finally find a room in Lentas. This is our 3rd stay in Crete and the first such disappointment. Scandalous

Die Taverne wird am östlichen Ende der ruhigen und gemütlichen Nachbarbucht von Lentas in direkter Strandlage betrieben. Auf einer überdachten Veranda (siehe Bild) sind ca. 25 Sitzplätze untergebracht. Die fünf Zimmer sind oberhalb des am Hang befindlichen Gebäudes mit kleinen Balkonen ausgestattet und bieten den allerbesten Meerblick und Strandblick. Die Zimmer sind traditionell ausgestattet, die Bäder modernisiert und vor allem sauber und gepflegt. Äußerlich von der sehr ruhigen Straße macht das Gebäude wenig her, die Lage ist jedoch traumhaft. Das Essen und der Ausblick beim Frühstück oder Abendessen hinterlassen zusammen mit dem sehr liebevollen Ehepaar einen wirklich guten Eindruck. Stammkunden reservieren gerne noch traditionell über den Postweg, aber auch per Mail lässt sich der Kontakt herstellen. Wir werden wieder kommen! A family run traditional tavern with some rooms for rent. The tavern is operated at the eastern end of the quiet and cozy neighboring bay of Lentas in a direct beach location. About 25 seats are accommodated on a covered veranda (see picture). The five rooms above the hillside building are equipped with small balconies and offer the very best sea and beach views. The rooms are traditionally furnished, the bathrooms modernized and, above all, clean and well-kept. The building doesn't look like much from the very quiet street, but the location is fantastic. The food and the view at breakfast or dinner together with the very loving couple leave a really good impression. Regular customers like to reserve traditionally by post, but contact can also be made by email. We will come back!
