★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σήμερα το αυτοκίνητο μου έπαθε μια μηχανική βλάβη ενώ βρισκόμουν στο Λιμάνι της Θεσσαλονίκης. Επικοινώνησα με την Ασφαλιστική και μου έστειλαν την Οδική Βοήθεια. Συγκεκριμένα με εξυπηρέτησε ο κ.Βασίλης Καραθανάσης, ο οποίος είναι ένας εξαιρετικός οδηγός, ευγενέστατος και πάνω από όλα ταπεινός. Τα θερμά μου συγχαρητήρια στην εταιρία, η οποία απασχολεί τέτοιους εκπληκτικούς ανθρώπους.
Today my car suffered a mechanical damage while I was in the Port of Thessaloniki. I contacted the Insurance Company and they sent me the Roadside Assistance. Specifically, I was served by Mr. Vassilis Karathanasis, who is an excellent driver, very gentle and above all humble. My warmest congratulations to the company, which employs such amazing people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ο συγκεκριμένος "κύριος" πήγε να με πατήσει με το μηχανάκι του και μετά άρχισε και να με βρίζει
Υ.Γ. Μετά από την απάντηση της εταιρίας θα ήθελα να επισημάνω ότι το μηχανάκι είχε απόσταση λιγότερο από μισό μέτρο από εμένα, ενώ βρισκόταν εν κινήσει πάνω στο πεζοδρόμιο.
Εκείνη την στιγμή είπα αυτολεξεί στον οδηγό "πρόσεχε θα με πατήσεις". Η ανταπόκρισή του ήταν να άρχισει να με βρίζει για αρκετά λεπτά, με χιδέες έκφρασεις. Ανέφερα στον ίδιο ότι θα καλέσω την εταιρεία και αυτός μου είπε "κάνε το μ*ρη π****να".
Όταν επικοινώνησα μαζί σας αντί να μου ζητήσετε συγνώμη, μου δικαιολογίσατε τον υπάλληλό σας και στο τέλος είπατε ότι θα τον καλέσετε για να ακούσετε και την δική του άποψη. Ενώ με διαβεβαιώσατε ότι θα με πάρετε τηλέφωνο αμέσως, κάτι που δεν έχει γίνει.
Όσο για αυτόπτης μάρτυρες ξέρω κόσμο που εκείνη την ώρα ήταν μέσα στο Supermarket και βγήκε όταν άκουσε την φασαρία. Θα τους ενθαρρύνω να γράψουν την δική τους εντύπωση σε ότι έγινε.

Υ.Γ. After the answer of the company I would like to point out that the motorbike was less than half a meter away from me, while it was moving on the sidewalk.
At that moment I said literally to the driver "be careful you will press me". His response was to start cursing me for several minutes, with vulgar expressions. I told him that I would call the company and he told me "do your homework".
When I contacted you instead of apologizing to you, you excused your employee and at the end you said that you would call him to hear his point of view. While you assured me that you will call me immediately, something that has not happened.
As for eyewitnesses, I know people who were in the Supermarket at that time and came out when they heard the noise. I will encourage them to write their own impression on what happened.
