★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κανένα αστεράκι, όχι για τα παπούτσια τα οποία είναι πολυ ωραία, με ιδιαίτερο στύλ αλλά για την αντιμετώπιση του κυρίου. Πριν από 15 ημέρες περίπου αγόρασα ένα ζευγάρι πέδιλα το οποίο φόρεσα μόνο για 5' με δυσκολία, αφού σε κανονικό βάδισμα το πόδι μου έβγαινε μπροστά έξω από το παπούτσι και ακουμπούσε το έδαφος. Το επέστρεψα για επισκευή και όταν πήγα να τα πάρω, ήταν όπως ακριβώς το άφησα. Για να μην κουράζω με τη στιχομυθία ο κύριος αρνήθηκε να κάνει οτιδήποτε άλλο λέγοντάς μου ότι έχει να κάνει με τη φόρμα του ποδιού. Δεν φταίει μου είπε ούτε το παπούτσι ούτε εγώ, ούτε το κατάστημα. Μάλιστα ρωτώντας τον και εγώ τι πρέπει να κάνω γιατί αγόρασα παπούτσια που δεν πρόκειται να φορέσω, είναι σαν να μου λέτε ότι πέταξα τα χρήματά μου, μου είπε ότι τον προσβάλω.
Και η ερώτησή μου είναι η εξής γιατί δεν μου έχει ξανατύχει: Τι θα πει φταίει η φόρμα του ποδιού? Πηγαίνεις σε ένα μαγαζί και λες θέλω παπούτσια για τη φόρμα του ποδιού που βλέπετε?Δεν πήρα άλλο νούμερο από αυτό που φοράω, ούτε άλλαξα γνωμη για το σχέδιο και πήγα να πάρω άλλο. Αποκλείεται ας πούμε το παπούτσι να είναι ελαττωματικό?
Γιατί είναι ωραίο να έχουμε άψογες κριτικές, αλλά αυτό είναι το αυτονόητο όταν όλα πάνε καλά και ο πελάτης φεύγει ευχαριστημένος. Το θέμα είναι πως αντιμετωπίζετε έναν δυσαρεστημένο πελάτη. Και ειλικρινά δεν θα έκανα κανένα σχόλιο όπως έπραξα μέχρι σήμερα αλλά με ενόχλησε η συμπεριφορά σας γιατί ενώ ήμουν πολύ ευγενική μαζί σας μου είπατε ότι σας προσβάλω και ζητάω κάτι αδιανόητο. Καλές δουλειές λοιπόν με τους σωστούς πελάτες σας και καλό καλοκαίρι!!!
 No stars, not for the shoes which are very nice, with a special style but for the treatment of the gentleman. About 15 days ago I bought a pair of sandals which I only wore for 5 'with difficulty, since in normal walking my foot came out in front of the shoe and touched the ground. I returned it for repair and when I went to get it, it was exactly as I left it. In order not to get tired of the verse, the gentleman refused to do anything else, telling me that it had to do with the shape of the foot. It's not my fault, he told me, neither the shoe nor I, nor the store. In fact, asking him what I should do because I bought shoes that I am not going to wear, it is as if you are telling me that I threw away my money, he told me that I am insulting him.
And my question is why it has not happened to me before: What will the shape of the foot say? Do you go to a store and say I want shoes for the foot shape you see? I did not get another number than the one I am wearing, nor did I change my mind about the design and went to get another one. It is impossible to say the shoe is defective;
Because it is nice to have impeccable reviews, but this is self-evident when everything goes well and the customer leaves happy. The point is, you are dealing with a dissatisfied customer. And honestly I would not make any comment as I have done so far but I was bothered by your behavior because while I was very kind to you you told me that I offend you and ask for something unthinkable. So good work with your right customers and have a good summer !!!
