★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πανέμορφο τοπίο, ορεινό/ ημιορεινό με πολύ καλή θέση. Πολύ εύκολο σε πρόσβαση, σχεδόν ολόκληρη η διαδρομή με άσφαλτο από το Πετροπουλάκι. Στα αρνητικά η απουσία κάποιου φορέα/συλλόγου που θα μπορούσε να κάνει μικρές αλλά αξιόλογες παρεμβάσεις (φύτευση δέντρων για σκιά, ξύλινα υπόστεγα για επισκέπτες-έχει μόνο ένα-, μια βρύση για τρεχούμενο νερό από το βουνό). Φορτώστε 2-3 προμήθειες, φορέστε αθλητικά παπούτσια και είστε έτοιμοι για μια γρήγορη εξόρμηση.
 Beautiful landscape, mountain / semi-mountain with very good location. Very easy to access, almost the entire asphalt route from Petropoulaki. On the downside, the absence of a body / club that could make small but worthwhile interventions (planting trees for shade, wooden sheds for visitors - it has only one -, a fountain for running water from the mountain). Load up with 2-3 supplies, wear sneakers and get ready for a quick hike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η τεχνητηή λίμνη του Βράχου δημιουργήθηκε το 2010 περίπου 1.2 χλμ απο το χωριό Βράχος Καστοριάς το οποίο βρίσκεται 24 χλμ νότια του Άργους Ορεστικού. Η λίμνη έχει όγκο νερου 2 εκκατομύρια κυβικά μέτρα και μέγιστο βάθος 35 μέτρα. Δημιουργήθηκε για να καλύψει τις ανάγκες άρδευσης 6.500 στρεμμάτων στην γύρω περιοχή. Τα νερά της προέρχονται κυριώς από το ρέμα Στενόρεμα που πηγάζει ανάμεσα από τα Μεγάλα και Μικρά Οντρια (τμήμα του όρους Βοίο) αλλά και από ένα μικρότερο ρέμα που έρχεται από την πλευρά του χωριού Πετροπουλάκι. Η τοποθεσία είναι μαγευτική με πυκνά δάση βελανιδιάς να περιτριγυρίζουν την λίμνη. Η λίμνη προσφέρεται για ψάρεμα και κολύμπι ενώ μπορεί κανείς να περπατήσει την περίμετρο της ή να ανέβει στις κοντινές κορυφές. Κάθε χρόνο από το 2011 διοργανώνεται αγώνας κολύμβησης καθώς και πεζοπορία στα Μικρά Όντρια (1530μ).
The artificial lake of Vrachos was created in 2010 about 1.2 km from the village of Vrachos of Kastoria which is located 24 km south of Argos Orestiko. The lake has a water volume of 2 million cubic meters and a maximum depth of 35 meters. It was created to meet the irrigation needs of 6,500 acres in the surrounding area. Its waters come mainly from the stream Stenorema that springs between Megala and Mikra Ondria (part of Mount Voio) but also from a smaller stream that comes from the side of the village Petropoulaki. The location is enchanting with dense oak forests surrounding the lake. The lake is suitable for fishing and swimming while you can walk around its perimeter or climb the nearby peaks. Every year since 2011 a swimming race is organized as well as hiking in the Small Ontria (1530m).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vrachos Dam is located in a magical alpine style landscape, at an altitude of 950 meters above sea level, about 10 kilometers southwest to Kastoria and 1 km east to Vrachos village, on the path of Mpougazi stream.
The dam was errected for the initial goal of solving the problems of water supply and irrigation in the area, but with another ultimate goal of creating a unique recreation area.
It was completed at 2010 and it has a height of 48 m and a lenght of 240 m.
