These rooms are in the very wrong spot below a club in Lacosta which has nightly loud music and hosts concerts that should not normally take place in a residential area. The room had a broken cabin in the bathroom and broken screens. The bathroom had a cockroach. Overall it wasn't one of the best experiences I've had.

Clean, big enough for two people, with everything you need and available for one household. Two separate bedrooms, living room with dining area and equipped kitchen. And the terrace is simply the most magnificent place here. With its exposure to the northwest offering unique emotion and views. Huge and with access from the living room and one of the bedrooms with two corners, both for dining and morning coffee, or for drinking and complete relaxation on the low, soft and comfortable sofas and armchairs. For the view of the sea and the park in front of you with a cup of coffee or a drink is a real grace. The terrace here is more than anything one can dream of with a stunning view of the sunset over the sea…. The yard is landscaped, there are fountains equipped with a hose for convenience returning from the sandy beach, both in the yard and at both ends of the terrace. There is a barbecue and many corners equipped with tables and chairs, under the shade of garden plant species. Every day our apartment is thoroughly cleaned and washed together with the terrace. Trash cans are thrown away every day. Linen and towels are changed every other day, available in two large bathrooms and two small towels for each guest. The cleanliness is at a high level. Every morning we have live contact, both with the maid and the owner, which is more than anything and shows interest in the quality of stay of each guest. They are very smiling and kind. Open, responsive and last but not least, they speak English as well as Bulgarian and speak Bulgarian very well, another pleasant surprise for us. The location is more than excellent. The beach is exactly fifty meters. The beach is over ten kilometers and is filled with countless beach bars and wonderful places for complete relaxation by the sea. Countless taverns, coffee bars, supermarkets and hypermarkets five to ten minutes walk from home. Twenty meters great small bakery and pastry shop. Fish and butcher shop available. Bicycle rental office. Fruit and vegetables, as well as something very attractive for the area here - cooperative market every Sunday until Monday afternoon. Local producers and traders offer their goods. Olives and olive oil, all kinds of fruits and vegetables for the season, dairy products from private farms, meat and local products as well. Internet in the apartment is free and fast. Parking is right in front of the building and of course free. The windows are provided with mosquito nets in the open areas and equipped with external roller blinds for extra comfort. Excellent choice . I will recommend it to relatives and friends.
