We spent A week in September 2018. A perfect place for a family vacation . The house is very big and very Well equipped. The owners are very friendly and helpfull. The private !!! Beach is very nice with clear water and nice beach bar . Very recommended .

Excellent.This is the place to be. Just 5' from the center of the village, with a beautiful and calm private beach. The villa itself was extraordinarily clean, bright and fully equipped. The beach is one minute from the house _ we stayed in Villa Flegra with Private Pool, and we had our private sun beds and umbrella at the beach reserved for us every day free of charge. The hosts were amazingly warm and helpful! We really liked the cocktails on the beach and the Fredo Espresso ;). The staff were very polite and the cleaning service was great. We will be back !

Beautiful Villa, big rooms which are really Modern designed. A huge pool and a pretty garden. Also a good functioning air conditioner. The property is a 2 minute walk away from the Beach. (Room for 2 cars)

In front of the sea, great beach, the house was really luxury with all comforts. Very quiet and at the same time very close to beach bars and clubs if you want to go for a party. The personnel was very friendly and willing to assist to all requests. Will definitely go again! I suggest to everyone.

I read all reviews I could find about this property in June before booking this villa. Everyone seemed more than happy with the accomodation. The price seemed a little high due the actual situation (500 EUROS / night for a 3 bedrooms vila) but we expected to be treated maybe a little royal. From the description we understood the villa was on the beach...no way...there was a 200-300m walking and crossing other properties in order to get to the beach. Each villa has it’s own “space” on the beach and even if we were 7 persons, on tge beach there were only 3 beach chair and 2 normal ones. So two of us must have stayed up. The beach has almost no amenities, the sea entrace is difficult and the beach bar has only 2-3basic drinks. The villa (supposely to have 3 bedrooms) had only 2 bedrooms so it’s more suitable for 2 couples not 3 as you may think. The third room is an improvisation with 2 separate single beds which weren’t identical, we couldn’t combine them for the kids to sleep, we had to put some rocks under so it was the same level. A little room with 8 windows and no sunshade. Very hot and lighted. Poor furniture quality. Poor cleaning. Only 3 toilet papers at check in for 7 persons!! Not much kitchen utensils for preparing something to eat. Cleaning in 7 nights only ONE TIME. One time on 7 nights. The garbage stayed full for 3-4 days. The pool...private pool indeed but each morning a man who didn’t even say hello, came and put some chemical solution in the pool and twice he put a robit to clean the water. But the pool in not real a pool, yes it looks like one but poor quality and no mosaic just concrete. The woman who welcomed us Dido is not very professional. She mistake our dates (instead of 7 nights she said we paid for 5, she didn’t want to let us enter at the second gate just because she wanted to go around the village again). She didn’t want to give us an invoice, we had to call her and wrote until after check out. She said the invoice is issued after check out. Never heard of that . We paid everything at check in and got something it looked like payment confirmation (not INVOICE) after check out. I would ‘t recommed this place to anybody. I would never stay here again. For more than half of the money you can easily check in an 4-5 star hotel with breakfast, facilities and cleaning. And mostly ON THE BEACH.

This is our second home! After returning to W Villas for 3 consecutive years, I decided that it's time to share my and my family's view on this wonderful place. We have always chosen our accommodations very carefully, as we are a big family with children and finding a place to feel comfort, joy, serenity and trust at the same time was always difficult, especially when you also put into the equation terms like beachfront and great construction, good and honest people and a nice environment for children. With W Villas Halkidiki we found our absolute match- everything we had in our minds for our vacation, and more. The location is more than ideal- a calm private neighborhood, just outside the center of the Village of Pefkochori, in a distance very convenient to do our shopping (you always need something when with kids!) or to walk around, but exactly enough to provide privacy and to stay away from crowds, noise and traffic, which was very important to us, as because of our work, we can travel only during the high season. We also love Pefkochori, its weather, the very friendly people and the amazing shallow beaches. The location of W itself, is right next to the water and the Villas are located within amazing big gardens with colorful and lush vegetation. We were looking for a private Villa, but not isolated, as we like to get support, advice and service during our holidays and to be able to communicate. What is very important for us, apart from the great construction and infrastructure (cant fail to notice when your husband is an engineer!), is the attention to detail and the genuine interest that W Team have for the property and their Guests: every single year, we find something new, something updated or renovated, new fresh ideas and options and we really feel that we matter to them!! We highly appreciate their effort to always find something new for us to experience! As we are long visitors (we usually stay for more than 3 weeks), daily routine is very important to us. Every aspect of the complex is being cleaned thoroughly every day and the cleaning of the Villa itself is really spotless. We really appreciate the flexibility of the cleaning team, who are available for us all the time and the smiles we get from them- Mrs. Tzeni and Ellie! For anyone who value cleaning as much as we do, don't have second thoughts. The Villa is very spacious, with a fresh and bright style, a big and fully equipped kitchen that you don't expect to find in a holiday house, en-suite bathrooms which are new and one of my personal favorites: very comfortable mattresses and super nice towels. Our favorite part is clearly outdoors- we enjoy every moment in our patios and balconies, but the best part is clearly that you can walk straight to the beach wearing only your swimsuit and have your private sunbed and umbrella waiting for you, available, every time: the definition of a stress free vacation!!!! Kids are happy- they have the Pool, bicycles, canoes at the seaside and they are always active! The new addition- the private beach bar was an absolute bliss, as now we can enjoy perfect cold coffee, cocktails and many snacks from a very cheerful barman! We strongly recommend this place, especially if you are travelling with kids and you have a mood for relaxation, comfort and positive vibes only. Make sure to contact them directly, I highly vote for their great customer service. My advice is to plan your holiday there well in advance, as it is very hard to find availability, especially if you are traveling during the high demand months. If I had to sum up in one phrase: The definition of a high-quality, stress-free and joyful holiday! See you in Halkidiki and as they say- there is no place like Halkidiki!! :)

Verry nice location and staff but the beds are verry uncomfortable we couldn't get a good sleep for five days.

Also, it operates under new management from November 2022, offering excellent customer service, with attention to detail and to any specific need or request. The Maintenance Support is available 24/7, and external associates are always available to provide to the Guests: concierge services, breakfast, meals, booking of tours & watersports, massages and more services, with excellent support. The Beach found in front of the Property is private, only for the Guests of the Villas. Each Villa has a designated beach space with umbrellas, sunbeds and lounges for every Guest. The water is crystal clear in that region and serenity is guaranteed, as the beach is never crowded. The beach area is being cleaned and prepared every morning and evening. The swimming pools are being inspected every morning and every night. Complimentary, there is tennis/basketball court that the Guests may use, without extra charges. The parking is secure and spacious, while cctv is also available. There are big, beautiful gardens available for the Guests, offering peaceful and relaxing walks, and plenty of colors and shade. The Property is pet friendly, without limitation to kgs. Health, Safety & Cleaning is the top priority, everything is being cleaned and checked every day, with Recycling Bins available. In the Villa, you will find available all the amenities, including a washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machines, great A/C with heating options, different selection of pillows (soft and harder), duvets, bath towels, beach towels, and bath amenities. A very warm and special welcome awaits everybody with welcome drinks and snacks and most importantly, with private check-in. Ideal destination for families and couples, but also for big groups. Next to the Villas you can find OCTO, a new beach side restaurant, with Mediterranean cuisine and many selections of fish, gluten free / vegan meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) and premises to rent Bicycles or Stand Up Paddles/ Canoes, to enjoy at the sea. Ideal for Private Gatherings. Extremely fast service for Invoices, Reservation Requests and assisting with Airport Transfers & Car rentals. One stop shop for every need! Definitely worth visiting!
