★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επισκέφτηκα το μαγαζί πριν μερικές μέρες και ειχα ραντεβού για ημιμονιμο μανικιούρ. Είχα ήδη ημιμονιμο στα χέρια μου οποτε έπρεπε να γίνει αφαίρεση. Η κοπελα που το ανέλαβε αφου έκανε την αφαίρεση ξεκίνησε να μου λιμάρει τα νύχια. Το έκανε όμως τόσο δυνατά που μου έσπασε τρία νυχια μέχρι την ρίζα. Ευτυχώς το κατάλαβα εγκαίρως και της είπα πως δεν θελω να συνεχίσει άλλο και ότι τα νυχια μου είναι σπασμένα. Δέχτηκα άθλια αντιμετώπιση και όχι μόνο δεν μου ζητήθηκε συγγνώμη αλλά ήθελαν και να πληρώσω και 5 ευρω για την αφαίρεση με δικαιολογία ότι τα νυχια μου ήταν αδύναμα και ότι θα έσπαγαν ετσι και αλλιώς. Είστε απαράδεκτοι!

Fortunately, I realized in time and told her that I do not want to continue and that my nails are broken. I was treated miserably and not only did I not apologize but they also wanted me to pay 5 euros for the removal with the excuse that my nails were weak and that they would break anyway. You are unacceptable!
