Very bad experience with Watt and Volt.
It is very easy to sign a contract with them at the beginning then few months later, you start getting issues that are never resolved.
I don't recommend this company and don't use it and here are the reasons why:
1-customer service: you stay on the line they ask you to stay on hold then they drop the line
2- we refered other customers but we never get a discount as promised.
3- reoccurring bills with huge amount of money. And you never get the correct one with clear consumption and when you ask them, they don't answer you clearly
4- bills are issues based on previous years of consumption which means incase the main supplier "DEI" doesn't give them the meter counts, they will issue a bill depending on last year's consumption and in case you are only one person in the house and not using electricity that much. You will still have to pay estimation like the one that has been consumed before with other people who lived in that house before you. IT IS Crazy and IT is not right and this will happen with all providers.
Don't use their service.
