Επίσης στο κατάστημα του Αγίου Νικολάου Λασιθίου του λέω ότι δεν είμαι ευχαριστημένος με την εταιρεία και μου λέει με θράσος ο ιδιοκτήτης να πας αλλού είστε καταπληκτική ☹️ και στην εξυπηρέτηση οποίος θέλει να πληρώνει πολύ περισσότερα και κάνεις να μην ασχολείται να του κάνει το καλύτερο ας πάει σε αυτή την εταιρεία Away from this company they put supply clauses for you and it comes to you how expensive and from PPC or kw listen to me I am their customer and I am indignant. Πραγματικά ντροπή, ειδικά τώρα που η κυβέρνηση λέει ότι θα επιδοτήσει, και με τέτοια ακρίβεια, μας λέτε μπούρδες ότι τάχα μου δήθεν η εκπτωση-επιδοτηση εφαρμόζεται άκουσον άκουσον στην τιμή της κιλοβατωρας όταν είναι εκπροθεσμη η πληρωμή. Δλδ το συμβόλαιο έχει άλλη τιμή/κιλοβατώρα αλλά τώρα που είναι να κόψετε, μας λέτε άλλα. Αισχος δεν θα το αφήσω να περάσει έτσι. Άκου εκεί χάνει η εταιρεία. Κοροϊδία λες και είμαστε χαζοί. Θα στείλω μήνυμα τώρα στον συνήγορο του Πολίτη και στο υπουργείο οικονομικών να τους ενημερώσω για τις ανακρίβειες σας. Same on you! You are making fun of us and you are immoral. Έκαναν το συμβόλαιο διετές χωρίς να έχω υπογράψει τίποτα απολύτως Αλλά έτσι γίνεται λέει.... Εντελώς προβληματική και η επικοινωνία μαζί τους The worst company. M	M Karag on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ΛΗΣΤΕΣ, είναι ο πιο επιεικής χαρακτηρισμός που θα μπορούσα να τους προσδωσω. 1100€ λογαριασμος με το περιβόητο πρόγραμμα zero και χρέωση 2,5€ την κιλοβατώρα. Τους ζήτησα διακανονισμό. Στην αρχή ήταν κάθετοι για δύο δόσεις και με χίλια παρακάλια το έκαναν τέσσερις (275 ×4) συν τον τρέχοντα κάθε μήνα. Αποφάσισα να αποχωρήσω από την εταιρεία και μου έστειλαν λογαριασμό 226€ για έναν μηνα 90€ το ρεύμα+φόροι+ρήτρα αποχώρησης 90€. Σημειώνεται ότι ήμουν πελάτης τους για 3 συνεχόμενα χρόνια και όταν με εβαλαν στο πρόγραμμα zero με διαβεβαίωσαν ότι δεν θα έχω ρήτρα σε περίπτωση αποχώρησης. Τους είπα ότι δεν προτίθενται να πληρώσω 90€ ρήτρα αποχώρησης και μου απάντησαν ότι σύμφωνα με την υπάρχουσα νομοθεσία αν δεν το κάνω θα υποστώ τις συνέπειες.
