★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ενω η συνεργασία μας ξεκίνησε καλά αναλαμβάνοντας 2 site, στη πορεία υπήρξαν μεγάλες καθυστερήσεις στην εκτέλεση των εργασιών και ως αποτέλεσμα της όλης συνεργασίας μας & της υπομονής μας ήταν ότι πλέον δεν υπάρχει τεχνική υποστήριξη. Καλή συνέχεια... Απάντηση 26/05/20. Αγαπητέ κ. Νεδέλκο, το project το γνωρίζατε από την αρχή διότι είχατε δει το προηγούμενο site & σας είχα πει τι θέλουμε στο καινούργιο. Το ότι άλλαζαν οι προδιαγραφές συνεχώς ήταν γιατί έπρεπε να γίνουν διορθώσεις στα λάθη που κάνατε, οι απαντήσεις σας ήταν πολύ αργές & λανθασμένες. Για αυτό το λόγο κάνατε 2 χρόνια για να το τελειώσετε που με υπομονή περιμέναμε. Σέβομαι την προσπάθειά σας & την απόφαση σας να αλλάξετε το πλαίσιο των υπηρεσιών σας, αλλά πρέπει να σέβεστε & εσείς τους πελάτες που σας εμπιστεύτηκαν μέχρι την αλλαγή των υπηρεσιών σας & να συνεχίζετε να τους στηρίζετε έτσι ώστε να έχουν τον χρόνο να προσαρμοστούν & όχι να τους λέτε να απευθυνθούν σε άλλους για να διορθώσουν προβλήματα του site που φτιάξατε. Δεν ζητήσαμε κάτι καινούργιο, ζητήσαμε διόρθωση προβλήματος που για εσάς θα ήταν 5”, αλλά εσείς το αρνηθήκατε. Να είστε πάντα καλά.
While our cooperation started well by undertaking 2 sites, in the course of time there were long delays in the execution of the works and as a result of all our cooperation & our patience it was that there is no more technical support. Good continuation ... Answer 26/05/20. Dear Mr. Nedelko, you knew the project from the beginning because you had seen the previous site and I had told you what we want in the new one. The fact that the specifications were constantly changing was because the mistakes you made had to be corrected, your answers were very slow & wrong. That's why you took 2 years to finish what we've been waiting for. I respect your effort & your decision to change the scope of your services, but you must respect & you the customers who trusted you until you change your services & continue to support them so that they have time to adjust & not to you tell them to contact others to fix problems with the site you created. We did not ask for anything new, we asked for a correction of a problem that for you would be 5 ”, but you refused. Always be well.
