Είμαι τακτικός πελάτης στο συγκεκριμένο φαρμακείο και δεν υπάρχει κάποιος ειδικός να σε εξυπηρετήσει και πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει. Παρ όλου που αγοράζω συχνά προϊόντα από το συγκεκριμένο φαρμακείο, αφήνοντας τους κάθε φορά ένα ικανοποιητικό χρηματικό πόσο, δεν έχω λάβει ούτε μια φορά ούτε ένα δειγματακι. Τέλος, έχοντας υπάρξει και πελάτης από το ηλεκτρονικό κατάστημα, η παραγγελία έρχεται απλά μέσα σε ένα χαρτοκουτο χωρίς κάποιο περιτύλιγμα η προσεγμενο packaging και φυσικά εννοείται πως δεν έχω λάβει ούτε και εκεί δειγματακι για κάποιο προϊόν. Unfortunately all that is worth it is the low prices. I am a regular customer at this pharmacy and there is no specialist to serve you and willing to help. Although I often buy products from this particular pharmacy, leaving them a good amount of money each time, I have not received a single sample. Finally, having been a customer from the online store, the order simply comes in a cardboard box without any wrapping or careful packaging and of course it means that I have not received a sample for a product there either.

Τις τελευταίες 3 φορές που παρηγγειλα υπήρξε αρκετή καθυστέρηση, η οποία δεν οφειλόταν στην κούριερ αλλά στο κατάστημα, καθώς όπως μου είπε η υπάλληλος του τηλεφωνικού κέντρου έχουν μεγάλο όγκο παραγγελιών. Η καθυστέρηση δεν είναι πάντοτε πρόβλημα όταν θες να εξασφαλίσεις την χαμηλότερη τιμή. Ωστόσο πρόβλημα είναι η λανθασμενη ενημέρωση του κατάναλωτη αναφορικά με τον χρόνο παράδοσης , ο οποίος επουδενί δεν είναι 1-3 μέρες. Υπάρχει μεγάλος ανταγωνισμός στα ιντερνετικα φαρμακεία. Πλέον δεν υπάρχει λόγος να σας προτιμούμε ως καταναλωτές. A long-time customer of this store, I have always been happy with the speed of delivery and the samples they put in the order. The last 3 times I ordered there was a lot of delay, which was not due to the courier but to the store, as the call center clerk told me they have a large volume of orders. Delay is not always a problem when you want to get the lowest price. However, the problem is the incorrect information of the consumer regarding the delivery time, which is by no means 1-3 days. There is a lot of competition in online pharmacies. There is no longer any reason to prefer you as consumers.

Έκανα παραγγελία , την ίδια μέρα προώθηση και σε μια άντε 2 μέρες η παραλαβή από Γενική. 3 φορές τώρα σε παραγγελίες με γάλατα μωρών θέλουν 2 μέρες προώθηση και η γενική μια βδομάδα με 10 μέρες . Τι να τη κάνω τη καλή τιμή όταν αναγκάζομαι και αγοράζω τελικά γάλα από το τοπικό φαρμακείο. Έλεγα τα καλύτερα και το μετάνιωσα. Δυστυχώς ήταν και η τελευταία φορά. Υπάρχουν κι άλλου φαρμακεία που μεριμνούν σε περίπτωση ανάγκης, έχουν επιλογές αποστολών για τη κάθε ανάγκη . Αααα και το δωρεάν μεταφορικά έχει να κάνει με τον όγκο , ξεφτίλα με 120 παραγγελία να με βάλουν να πληρώσω τον όγκο των Pampers. Well in the beginning things were good. I placed an order, the same day promotion and in a couple of days the receipt from General. 3 times now in orders with baby milk they want 2 days promotion and the general one week with 10 days. What can I do at a good price when I have to and I finally buy milk from the local pharmacy. I said the best and I regretted it. Unfortunately it was the last time. There are other pharmacies that cater in case of need, they have shipping options for every need. Aaaa and the free shipping has to do with the volume, I messed up with 120 orders to get me to pay the volume of the Pampers.
