I bought a LAMTECH KAI camera through scroutz, after 3 months it broke down. I called the store and I am still waiting to be picked up. AWAY from both. from both the store and the camera

Πραγματοποίησα τηλεφωνικά μια παραγγελία για ένα προϊόν το οποίο είχε προσφορά το welcome store, όταν ήρθε η ώρα να παραλάβω το αγόρασα στην κανονική του τιμή. Στεναχωρήθηκα ιδιαίτερα, διότι δεν υπήρξε καμία διάθεση από πλευράς τους να επιλυθεί το θέμα ή έστω να με ενημερώσουν τι έγινε. Προσπάθησα να τους αποδείξω την τιμή την ημέρα της παραγγελίας αλλά δυστυχώς δεν υπήρξε ενδιαφέρον από πλευράς τους Connoisseurs of the subject and very good service! I suggest it to you! Edit 16/01/2022. I placed an order by phone for a product that was offered by the welcome store, when it was time to pick it up I bought it at its normal price. I was very upset because there was no willingness on their part to resolve the issue or even let me know what happened. I tried to prove the price to them on the day of the order but unfortunately there was no interest on their part
