Εντός του καταστήματος επικρατεί η αίσθηση διακριτικότητας, ενώ η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν γρήγορη και η υπάλληλος πολύ ευγενική.
This shop, which I visited twice for its services, is in a very convenient, central location of Heraklion.
Inside the store there was a sense of discretion, the service was quick and the staff very kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful service! I had to receive some money yesterday and had the feeling that I am stealing from that lady. No bad words but the face was full of disgust and anguish. After I received the money I asked why there was no message (usually you get an sms from WU) and as a reply I was asked from whom had the message to be? Wondering if she didn’t like me personally or the behavior is like this always to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trust, courtesy, adding a bit of humanity to financial dealings, this is a great WU outlet. The staff here are super courteous and always willing to help, even in crisis. I remember sending my first wire to my son in America from here, compared to the service we had in Germany, these guys were super fast and wearing big smiles all the while. Of course, nobody smiles much in Germany, but..... Short version. WU Heraklion does the job right.
