I go very often, the girls are all very good and helpful every time, the place very nice and the environment very pleasant and friendly. I highly recommend it!

Excellent and effective all the girls in there. No matter how many times I went, after we made an appointment I was served with great care and a pleasant atmosphere which made me personally feel very familiar. I will prefer her again. In the very plus the cleanliness and the observance of covid rules.

I made an appointment in this place due to the very good experience of my sister, who was satisfied with the result on her nails (hence the 2 stars). However, my criticism has to do with managing an unfortunate situation. Specifically, due to misfortunes, I was a quarter late to my appointment and when I made it, a girl informed me that she had accepted the next appointment, because they could not even find me by phone. Of course I had nothing to do with it, as they were right, however the girl who spoke to me showed no willingness to make another appointment and her style was quite abrupt and indifferent. My criticism is not really vindictive, but it is done to improve the management of such situations in the future! We are human beings and misfortunes happen, the point is to have a positive mood and polite behavior!

I do not know much about nails or colors so I asked for the advice of the girl who took me. He did not give me any advice on the shape or the length, other than that we have to shorten them because I had two closer. I told her that it does not bother me to be a little closer to the others but to keep relatively long that I had. I liked the shape that the girl made but she file them for me more. In the meantime he constantly recommended the natural nail enhancement he made from 25-35 € that I did not want. I told her that I was thinking of a simple French ombre at first but we excluded the ombre because of the final length of my nails. I did not know how the colors would come out on my nail and I asked for her advice and she gave me the board to choose from. She asked me some questions but I did not know how to answer the shade. (For example, if I want the base to be gray, pink or brown and I answered something simple and natural.) I showed some photos and we chose a color which after I did, and it did not have the same shade, they told me it is because in the photo they are built and has another performance. Finally we chose a color in which the French did not go. What bothered me was that because I did not know much and asked for advice, they made me feel bad in their own way. I felt uncomfortable and wanted to leave. In the end they saw me disappointed and they say you have to do something you like etc, but I do not know how it would be corrected. I wanted a relatively long plain French and left with a short monochrome. I paid 15 € that similar stores cost cheaper and not only did I not have any service. I also felt uncomfortable not knowing. My advice is to deal with girls who do not know with some suggestion and understanding. Just think that they are not familiar with the place and easily feel uncomfortable. How uncomfortable they will feel in my workplace. On the other hand Nice environment and variety of colors. The girls were not rude to stress in terms of speech.
