Would only class as 2 star.
CONS ...Reception separate from rooms.
felt more like a hostel.
traffic was very noisy as hotel inbetween
two busy roads very fast traffic take care when crossing.
also the views were a bit rough looking
graffiti across the road painted on some strange looking sheds.
no bars in the imediate vicinity.
and the bar closed at 3pm in the afternoon.
The Hotel info says tea/coffe making facilities.
no tea at all...just coffee pods at 1.20 per pod.
we do not drink coffee.
20 mins walk to anything touristy.
PROS. warm rooms....extremely clean....nice beds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overpriced small hotel in Thessaloniki. It's wedged between 2 major roads so all you hear is road noise all night. Not a great location with a 20 walk to downtown with cars whizzing by. I would go close to downtown the next trip

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super friendly service, excellent breakfast at a fair price. The one thing that bothered me - and that's kind of a hotels core business - were the limited darkened rooms. It remained pretty light. I also decided to use my ear plugs, as motors kept on racing through the main street late/ early. So yes: recommended, but come prepared.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place! So beautifully designed and very cozy. It has absolutely everything you need. Very spacious and great value for money. It is located within a short walk from the city centre, about 20 minutes. Definitely worth it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a Gem. For a reasonable fee you get a wonderfully modern and comfortable room with an courteous professional staff. After many stays in Thessaloniki, to be able to have Parking without additional astronomical fees is unheard of. Beautiful seaviews and balcony with breakfast included. The breakfast has never been equaled in our years of traveling. My husband and I loved the shower, hopefully he will put the same at home. Just amazing. Cannot wait to go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We planned to arrive at the hotel for a three night stay in May. The hotel booked by mistake without cancellation through a booking website.
The flight to Thessaloniki was canceled and our airport was temporarily closed due to a security incident.
After a brief phone call upon receipt of the hotel, I received an exceptional cancellation confirmation with a refund.
I thank the hotel and it is not clear from whom to help the customer with such a request.
Although I was not physically at the hotel, the service there exceeds expectations and I know I will definitely come to this hotel in the future :)
