A	ANATOLIOS KAZATSKIDIS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άρτιος ο χώρος πολύ χαλαρωτικός με ωραία διακόσμηση .Τα παιδιά που δουλεύουν πολύ ευγενικά . Δυστηχως όμως το μασάζ όχι καθώς για δεύτερη φορά φεύγω και είναι σαν να μην έκανα σχεδόν τιποτα .(με θεραπευτικό ) Γενικα πήγα 3 φορές μονο την πρώτη φορά ήταν πολύ καλό . Ο λόγος που βάζω βαθμολογία και σχολιάζω είναι καλοπροαίρετος για να διορθωθεί η ποιότητα του μασάζ !
A	Anastasia Koutsaki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είχα επισκεφθεί το συγκεκριμένο spa το 2021 με τον σύντροφο μου και περάσαμε καταπληκτικά. Αρχικά μας άρεσε πολύ ο χώρος και η διακόσμηση. Γνωρίσαμε την ιδιοκτήτρια που ήταν πολύ ευγενική και χαμογελαστή και μας πρότεινε να δοκιμάσουμε να βάλουμε και αρωματικά έλαια κάτι που μπορώ να πω οτι ήταν το extra mille που λέμε και μας κέρδισε. Μας είχε δοθεί ένα κουπόνι προς εξαργύρωση για ένα μασάζ 1 +1 δώρο το οποίο και βρήκα πολύ ωραίο σαν ενέργεια. Ωστόσο ένα χρόνο μετά που επικοινώνησα να κλείσω ξανα ραντεβού μου είπαν πως δεν ισχύει αυτή η προσφορά κάτι που με ξένισε διότι δεν είχε συγκεκριμένη ημερομηνία λήψης. Ωστόσο επειδή έμεινα πολύ ικανοποιημένη προχώρησα σε καινούργια ραντεβού για city escape massage και επίσης για head & face massage για δύο άτομα ταυτόχρονα . Αυτό που αντιμετώπισα πολύ με προβλημάτισε ιδίως γιατί την πρώτη φορά είχα μείνει τόσο ικανοποιημένη, που ενώ έχω πάει σε διάφορα αντίστοιχα καταστήματα , επέλεξα να πάω σε αυτό. Καταρχήν όταν πρωτομπήκαμε στο spa μας άνοιξε την πόρτα ένας κύριος και μας ρώτησαν αν είχαμε μάσκα (δεν την φορούσαμε γιατί είχαμε ακούσει οτι είχε καταργηθεί) , ζητήσαμε συγνώμη και επιπλέον ζητήσαμε μήπως υπήρχε κάποια μάσκα να μας δώσουν για να μην δημιουργήσουμε πρόβλημα. Ο κύριος που άνοιξε , ρώτησε την κοπέλα στην υποδοχή η οποία χωρίς να μας ρίξει βλέμμα η να χαιρετήσει, φάνηκε ιδιαίτερα ενοχλημένη και απάντησε οτι δεν έχουν μάσκα. Εν τέλη μπήκαμε στο μασάζ , και μου έκανε εντύπωση που δεν ρωτήθηκε απο τους θεραπευτές αν είναι εντάξει η ένταση . Αποφάσισα λοιπόν να ζητήσω εγώ παραπάνω πίεση και όντως ο θεραπευτής την εφάρμοσε. Μετά απο λίγο με ρώτησε αν είναι εντάξει η πίεση και του είπα οτι είναι μια τέλεια και εκεί μου είπε οτι αν θέλω παραπάνω πίεση θα χρειαστεί να αλλάξω τον τύπο του μασάζ ( είχαμε κλείσει χαλαρωτικό) . Το βρήκα πολύ άσχημο εκ μέρους του καταστήματος, καθώς δεν ζήτησα άλλη τεχνική, ζήτησα λίγο παραπάνω πίεση απλά. Επίσης το μασάζ head & face ενώ υποτίθεται οτι είναι γύρω στο μισάωρο , σίγουρα δεν ξεπέρασε το 15 λεπτά και αυτή είναι η αίσθηση που είχαμε και τα 2 άτομα. Επίσης σαν μασάζ πραγματικά ήταν ένα ανακάτεμα στα μαλλιά, δεν υπήρχε καμιά τεχνική για πρόσωπο και όλα τα καλά. Επιπλέον, οι θεραπευτές οταν κινούνταν στο χώρο ( για να βάλουν λάδι κτλπα) έκανα παρα πολύ φασαρία , σαν να τους έπεφταν πράγματα κάτω , κάτι που σε εμπόδιζε απο την χαλάρωση. Τέλος, βγαίνοντας ερωτηθήκαμε απο την κοπέλα αν είναι όλα εντάξει αλλά στο εντελώς τυπικό επίπεδο γιατί εγώ της είπα ε εντάξει και δεν ρώτησε περισσότερα. Επίσης την ώρα της πληρωμής, την ρώτησα αν έχει αλλάξει η διοίκηση του spa διότι μου είχε κάνει εντύπωση η τόσο μεγάλη διαφορά στην πολιτική και στην υπηρεσία γενικότερα , και μου απάντησε η κοπέλα οτι δεν έχει αλλάξει η διοίκηση. ΔΕΝ με ρώτησε γιατί ρωτάω, αν έγινε κάτι ή τι θα ήθελα να μάθω. Πραγματικά έχω απορήσει με αυτή την αντιμετώπιση καθώς είχα τόσο καλή εντύπωση εκ πρώτης . Ο λόγος που γράφω την κριτική τόσο αναλυτικά , είναι επειδή είχα γνωρίσει την ιδιοκτήτρια και μου φάνηκε πολύ συμπαθητικός άνθρωπος, θα πρέπει να αξιολογήσει τι συμβαίνει όταν δεν είναι η ίδια παρόν. Εγώ προσωπικά δεν θα ξαναπάω και δεν το προτείνω μέχρι να γίνουν αλλαγές . I had visited this spa in 2021 with my partner and we had an amazing time. Initially we really liked the space and the decoration. We met the owner who was very kind and smiling and she suggested that we try to put aromatic oils, something that I can say was the extra mille we say and she won us over. We were given a coupon to redeem for a massage 1 +1 gift which I found very nice as energy. However, a year after I contacted to make another appointment, I was told that this offer was not valid, something that surprised me because it did not have a specific date. However, because I was very satisfied, I proceeded to a new appointment for city escape massage and also for head & face massage for two people at the same time. What I faced a lot bothered me especially because the first time I was so satisfied, that while I went to various respective stores, I chose to go to it. First, when we first entered our spa, a gentleman opened the door and asked if we had a mask (we did not wear it because we had heard that it had been removed), we apologized and also asked if there was a mask to give us so as not to create a problem. The gentleman who opened it, asked the girl at the reception who, without looking at us or greeting us, looked very annoyed and replied that they did not have a mask. Eventually we got into the massage, and I was impressed that the therapists did not ask if the intensity was okay. So I decided to ask for more pressure and the therapist did apply it. After a while he asked me if the pressure is ok and I told him that it is a perfect one and there he told me that if I want more pressure I will have to change the type of massage (we had booked relaxing). I found it very bad on the part of the store, as I did not ask for another technique, I just asked for a little more pressure. Also the head & face massage, while it is supposed to be around half an hour, certainly did not exceed 15 minutes and this is the feeling that we both had. Also as a massage it really was a stir in the hair, there was no facial technique and all was well. In addition, when the therapists were moving in the area (to put oil, etc.) I made a lot of noise, as if things were falling down on them, something that prevented you from relaxing. Finally, leaving we were asked by the girl if everything is ok but at a completely formal level because I told her ok and she did not ask more. Also at the time of payment, I asked her if the management of the spa has changed because I was impressed by such a big difference in politics and service in general, and the girl replied that the management has not changed. He did NOT ask me why I was asking, if something happened or what I would like to know. I'm really surprised by this treatment as I had such a good impression at first. The reason I write the review in such detail is because I had met the owner and she seemed a very nice person, she has to evaluate what happens when she is not present. I personally will not go again and I do not recommend it until changes are made.
Β	Βα Φω on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επισκέφθηκα τον χώρο με μια φίλη μου, καθώς θέλησε να μου κάνει δώρο γενεθλίων μια 60λεπτη συνεδρία full-body. Ειλικρινά, ενθουσιάστηκα! Πολύ ωραίος χώρος, καθαρός, εξυπηρετικότατο προσωπικό και, πραγματικά, χαλαρώνεις. Ένα μεγάλο συν (+) είναι ότι βρίσκεται σε τοποθεσία που μπορείς πολύ εύκολα να παρκάρεις! I visited the place with a friend of mine, as she wanted to give me a 60-minute full-body session as a birthday present. Honestly, I was excited! Very nice place, clean, very helpful staff and, really, you relax. A big plus (+) is that it is located in a location that you can easily park!

Θα το ξανά προτιμήσουμε σίγουρα! One of the best massage experiences I have ever had! The place is amazing, everything is spotless, the children there are impeccable professionals!
