Η υπάλληλος ευγενέστατη, δεν ήταν ενημερωμένη, μόλις άκουσε τι ζήτησα, κοίταξε τον υπεύθυνο του καταστήματος. Εκείνος δίχως κανένα στοιχείο ευγένιας και θέλησης να εξυπηρετήσει, είπε "δεν μας έχουν στείλει τους κωδικούς, δυστυχώς" και γυρνάει την πλάτη του και επιστρέφει στο πίσω σταντ. Να σημειώσω πως στο μαγαζί δεν υπήρχε κανένας άλλος πελάτης. Υπήρχαν 2 υπάλληλοι και ο "υπεύθυνος". Έκπληκτος ρωτάω, μα δεν είναι υπηρεσία που προσφέρει η WIND γενικά? Σε υποκατάστημα της Ν. Ιωνίας έχω εξυπηρετηθεί. Και σε δύσκολη θέση πλέον η υπάλληλος που την παράτησε μόνη, ο μόνος που ήξερε τι είναι αυτό που ζήτησα, επανέλαβε, δεν μας έχουν έρθει οι κωδικοί, είμαστε Franchise... Δυστυχώς ο υπεύθυνος δεν είχε καμία όρεξη να μου εξηγήσει, πως μπορώ να εξυπηρετηθώ αλλού. Και τέλος παράτησε την υπάλληλο που δεν ήξερε την υπηρεσία που εκείνος διάλεξε να μην παρέχει, να απολογηθεί και να μου εξηγήσει τι? Κάκιστη εξυπηρέτηση σε αυτό το υποκατάστημα της WIND με ευθύνη του υπευθύνου και μόνο. I went today to pay for tickets from VIVA.GR via payment code. Θα ήμουν άδικος ωστόσο αν δεν πω ότι η εξυπηρέτηση από μια κοπέλα στο συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα ήταν υποδειγματικη. Πάνω από όλα ΑΝΘΡΩΠΟΣ. Τα 5 αστερακια είναι για την ίδια. Κι αυτό γιατί, έφτασα εκεί, αφού δεν έδειξε μια άλλη κοπέλα από cosmote λίγη συμπόνια και κατανόηση σε κάποιο πρόβλημα που είχα. Φυσικά δεν έχει να κάνει με λογαριασμό, αλλά με απωλεια δικού μου ανθρώπου. Μπράβο της!!! Well, the truth is that with the providers, fixed, and mobile I do not have the best view. Πρότυπο εξυπηρέτησεις και πρότυπο ανθρώπου, είσαστε πολύ τυχεροί που έχετε αυτή την κοπέλα στο μαγαζί σας. Σου εύχομαι κοπέλα μου κάθε καλό στην ζωή σου γιατί το αξίζεις. Είναι η μόνη υπάλληλος της wind που έσκυψε πάνω από το πρόβλημά μου και δεν με εγκατέλειψε και μετά, την ενοχλώ συνεχώς και δεν έχει αγανακτήσει ούτε μία φορά. Ενώ η εξυπηρέτηση πελατών της wind, παρόλο που δεν μου έχουν λύσει το πρόβλημα ακόμη μετά από ενάμιση μήνα, με ταλαιπωρούν πάρα πολύ και μου λένε σε 3 ημέρες και σε 3 ημέρες και περνάνε οι μέρες χωρίς να εξυπηρετούσε, μόνο η Αιμιλία πέρνει σοβαρά το πρόβλημα μου και προσπαθεί να με βοηθήσει όσο μπορεί.
