★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πρώτη φορά είχα τέτοια εξυπηρέτηση σε κατάστημα κινητής. Προθυμία εύρεσης λύσης σε οποιοδήποτε πρόβλημα. Πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση όχι μόνο σε μένα αλλά και στους υπόλοιπους που περίμεναν.
 It was the first time I had such a service in a mobile store. Willingness to find a solution to any problem. Very good service not only to me but also to the others who were waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μακριά από wind . Σου κόβει το τηλ. για μέρες από άλλο πάροχο χωρίς να σου έχουν στείλει των απαραίτητο εξοπλισμό και σου ζητάνε 170 € για τον κόπο τους . Αυτό το λένε εξυπηρέτηση .
Away from wind. Your phone cuts for days from another provider without having sent you the necessary equipment and they ask you 170 € for their effort. This is called service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγενεστατοι...πήγε η γιαγιά μου 82 χρονών να ρωτήσει για το σταθερό της...και η ΚΥΡΙΑ υπεύθυνη ας τη πούμε μίλαγε άσχημα και φώναζε... γιατί προφανώς δεν έχει υπομονή....άλλαξε δουλειά κοπελιά άμα δεν μπορείς...ΔΕΝ ΕΊΜΑΣΤΕ ΤΣΟΥΤΣΕΚΙΑ ΣΟΥ πελάτες είμαστε...τέλος... ήταν και το τελευταίο σου αυτο...ΠΗΓΕ Ο ΑΛΛΟΣ ΥΠΆΛΛΗΛΟΣ ΝΑ ΤΗΣ ΑΠΑΝΤΉΣΕΙ ΚΑΙ ΕΊΠΕ ΜΗΝ ΤΗΣ ΑΠΑΝΤΆΣ...ΕΙΝΑΙ ΔΥΝΑΤΌΝ;
Unruly ... my 82-year-old grandmother went to ask about her landline ... and the LADY in charge, let's say, spoke badly and shouted ... because obviously she does not have patience .... change your job girl if you can not .. .WE ARE NOT YOUR CUSTOMERS, we are customers ... finally ... it was your last one ... THE OTHER EMPLOYEE WENT TO ANSWER HER AND SAID DO NOT ANSWER HER ... IS IT POSSIBLE?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κάθε φορά που πάω για να εξοφλήσω λογαριασμό ενώ ενημερώνω ότι δεν ενδιαφέρομαι για σαφή λόγο οί υπάλληλοι είναι πολύ πιεστικοι ώστε να πουλήσουν προϊόντα.δεν μου αρέσει αυτή η προσέγγιση.
Every time I go to pay a bill while informing that I am not interested for a clear reason the employees are too pushy to sell products. I do not like this approach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άψογη εξυπηρέτηση! 6μηνες ταλαιπωριομουν από άλλη γνωστή εταιρεία και μόλις πήγα στο κατάστημα σε μια εβδομάδα ακριβώς ήταν όλα σε λειτουργία!
Excellent service! I was suffering from another well-known company for 6 months and as soon as I went to the store in a week, everything was in operation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ίσως το χειρότερο κατάστημα στην Αρτέμιδα. Αγενεστατη η κυρία που προφανώς έχει το κατάστημα και από εξυπηρέτηση.... Ασχολίαστο.
Απορώ πως η wind επιτρέπει τέτοια άτομα να την εκπροσωπούν..
Probably the worst store in Artemis. The most rude lady who obviously has the store and service .... Busy.
I wonder how wind allows such people to represent it ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't bother to update their work schedule on Google so you may end up going there and finding it closed. I think the area may have a different timetable to other suburbs. I've found it to be closed on more than one occasion during "normal " working hours for the rest of Greece. Better off choosing an alternative.
