Για δυο-τρεις μέρες που δεν πλήρωσα το λογαριασμό ,φραγή στο ίντερνετ,
επί ένα μήνα τους έλεγα ότι δεν έχω σταθερό τηλέφωνο σήμα και δεν ίδρωσε ποτέ το αυτί τους θα ρθου νε να το κάνουνε.
Απορώ πως έχουν ακόμα πελάτες εγώ σηκώνομαι και φεύγω.
 One of the worst mobile phone companies.
For two or three days I did not pay the bill, internet blocking,
for a month I told them that I do not have a landline signal and my ear never sweated I would come to do it.
I wonder if they still have customers, I get up and leave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχω να καταγγείλω το Wind store Λάρισας στην οδό Μ. Αλεξάνδρου. Αρνήθηκαν να κάνουν αλλαγή στο πακέτο μου από F2g σε Q. Επικαλούμενοι ότι μετά την αρχική του ενεργοποίηση δεν προέβην σε ανανέωση χρόνου. Και μου ανέφεραν πως αυτή είναι η πολιτική του συγκεκριμένου καταστήματος. Εντελώς αντίθετη με την επίσημη Wind που μετά από τηλεφωνική ενημέρωση μου επιβεβαίωσε ότι δεν χρειαζόταν ανανέωση χρονου. Ρωτώ τον υπεύθυνο ευθέως αν αναλαμβάνει την ευθύνη για αυτό το σοβαρό παράπτωμα της άρνησης εξυπηρέτησης μου!
Επιπλέον συγχαίρω δημόσια το Wind store Λάρισας στην οδό Ασκληπιού για την άψογη εξυπηρέτηση καθως μέσα σε 5 λεπτά με εξυπηρέτησαν κάνοντας την αλλαγή πακέτου από F2g σε Q
I have to report the Wind store of Larissa on M. Alexandrou Street. They refused to change my package from F2g to Q. Citing that after its initial activation it did not renew its time. And they told me that this is the policy of this particular store. Completely opposite to the official Wind which after a telephone update confirmed to me that there was no need for a time renewal. I ask the person in charge directly if he takes responsibility for this serious misconduct of my refusal to serve!
In addition, I publicly congratulate the Wind store of Larissa on Asklipiou Street for the impeccable service as within 5 minutes they served me by changing the package from F2g to Q

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καλό το κατάστημα και άριστη η εξυπηρέτηση, αλλά δυστυχώς ο πάροχος δεν έχει ούτε το ένα δέκατο από τις ταχύτητες του ανταγωνισμού, όλα τα πακέτα είναι με εικονικές ονομαστικές ταχύτητες, στην πράξη είναι τόσο μεγάλο το overselling, που δεν πιάνεις ποτέ σοβαρή ταχύτητα και ΔΕΝ οφείλεται στην κάλυψη σήματος ή κεραιών, απλά δεν έχουν υποδομές και backbone....
The store is good and the service is excellent, but unfortunately the provider does not have even one tenth of the speeds of the competition, all packages are with virtual nominal speeds, in practice the overselling is so great that you never catch a serious speed and it is NOT due in signal or antenna coverage, they just do not have infrastructure and backbone ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη εταιρία , σκέτη απάτη μετά από τόσα παράπονα και αιτήματα να μην απαντάνε και να σε γράφουν . Κλέφτες . Ανάθεμα την ώρα και την στιγμή που υπογράψαμε συμβόλαιο . Ανύπαρκτη εξυπηρέτηση

UNACCEPTABLE !!! at least not to say anything worse for a 5 minute job bothered me 2 days with funny excuses
