C	Costas Baltzis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άθλια εξυπηρέτηση , ερασιτεχνισμός, έλλειψη γνώσεων αντικειμένου και επαγγελματικής συμπεριφοράς. Λυπάμαι αλλά μόνο από έξω θα περνάω από εδώ και πέρα και αυτό αναγκαστικά γιατί το κατάστημα είναι σε κεντρικό σημείο. Όσον αφορά την wind σε προσφορά ιντερνέτ με δωρεάν τα τέλη σύνδεσης μου έκαναν έξτρα χρέωση 25€ εκτός συμβολαίου με την απειλή μη σύνδεσης της γραμμής. Ευχαριστώ δεν θα πάρω, προχωρώ σε καταγγελία στον ΕΕΤΤ. Κακή εμπειρία, μακριά από αυτούς αν θέλετε να σώσετε τα νεύρα σας και τα λεφτά σας. Poor service, amateurism, lack of subject knowledge and professional behavior. I'm sorry but only from the outside I will go from here on out and this necessarily because the store is in a central location. Η υπάλληλος που με εξυπηρέτησε ήταν ιδιαίτερα ευγενική καταρτισμένη με τις διαδικασίες και ταχύτατη. Πάντως θεωρώ ότι τα καταστήματα αυτού του τύπου έχουν ένα άδικο ανταγωνισμό από τις κεντρικές πωλήσεις και διαχειρίζονται τεράστιο όγκο παραπόνων και operation χωρίς καμία κερδοφορία. A recently refurbished chain store, clean and modern. The staff who served me were very kind to the procedures and prompt. However, I find such stores to have an unfair competition from mainstream sales and manage a huge volume of complaints and operations without any profit.

Η Wind όπως όλες οι εταιρίες κινητής - σταθερής τηλεφωνίας μοναδικό σκοπό τους έχουν να υπογράψεις το συμβόλαιο. Μετά προσπαθούν να σε αρμέξουν όσο μπορούν. Ευτυχώς αυτή έχει λίγο καλύτερες τιμές από τις άλλες. The staff are kind and helpful. I would prefer it better trained. Wind, like all mobile telephony companies, has the sole purpose of signing the contract. Then they try to milk you as much as they can. Fortunately this one is a bit better than the others.
a	athena m on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Θα είμαι αντικειμενική Το προσωπικό στο κατάστημα είναι πολύ ευγενικό μέχρι να κλείσεις κάποιο συμβόλαιο.Ισως να έτυχε σε εμάς μεμονωμένα αλλά όταν κατόπιν είχανε πρόβλημα με την υπερβολικά αργή ταχύτητα του Ίντερνετ και πήγαμε να ζητήσουμε βοήθεια,το ύφος ήταν όλο ειρωνεία και απροθυμία. Μάλιστα ενώ πριν το συμβόλαιο όλοι ήταν πολλά υποσχόμενοι,μετά μας είπαν σαν να ήταν αυτονόητο ότι χωρίς αναβάθμιση να μη περιμένουμε καλή ταχύτητα Ίντερνετ. Αναγκαστικά λοιπόν για να έχουμε εύχρηστο Ίντερνετ και να μη πληρώσουμε ρήτρα φεύγοντας νωρίτερα,αναβαθμίσαμε το Ίντερνετ σε 50αρι. Προκειμένου να γίνει η αναβάθμιση μας έκοψαν ΤΕΛΕΙΩΣ το Ίντερνετ και το τηλέφωνο για 5 μέρες και κανεις τους δεν αναγνώρισε το γεγονός αυτό ούτε ασχολήθηκαν να το συνδέσουν ξανά,παρα μονο μετά από 5 μέρες,ούτε μας έδωσαν έστω δωρεάν MB στο κινητό ενώ είμαστε και οι δυο στη wind!!!!! Σε γενικές γραμμές έχω να πω το εξής: Δεν δίνουν αυτά που υπόσχονται,κακό σήμα,δεν ασχολούνται μαζί σου αν έχεις πρόβλημα. Επίσης η γραμμή εξυπηρέτησης πελατών για κινητό.... δεν λειτουργεί από κινητό!!!! Πώς θα παρει κάποιος τηλ αν το σταθερό του είναι εκτός λειτουργίας;;; Τέλος είναι η μόνη εταιρία που αν καθυστερήσεις λίγες ώρες την πληρωμή του λογαριασμού,σου κόβουν τη σύνδεση!!! Αυτά :) I will be objective The staff at the store are very kind until you sign a contract. It might have happened to us individually but when they were having trouble with the slow speed of the internet and we went to seek help, the style was all irony and reluctance. Indeed while before the contract was all promising, then they were told as if it were self-evident that without upgrading not expect good internet speed. Necessarily So handy to have internet and not pay clause leaving earlier upgraded the Internet in 50ari. In order to upgrade we were completely cut off the Internet and the phone for 5 days and no one recognized this or even tried to reconnect it just after 5 days, nor did they even give us a free MB of mobile while we were both both the wind !!!!! In general I have the following: They do not give what they promise, bad signal, they do not deal with you if you have a problem. Also the customer service line for mobile .... does not work from mobile !!!! How will someone get a phone if their constant is off ??? Lastly, it is the only company that if you delay paying your bill for a few hours, they cut the connection !!! That's all :)

Υπάρχουν όμως επιφάνειες και αντικείμενα τα οποία είναι εκτεθειμένα κοινόχρηστα προς το κοινό χωρίς να απολυμαίνονται από πελάτη σε πελάτη. Ξέρω ότι είναι υπερβολικό αλλά έτσι πρέπει να γίνεται εάν θέλουμε να μείνει ανοιχτή η αγορά. Entrance with mask. Plexiglass protectors are only available at checkouts. However, there are surfaces and objects that are exposed to the public without being disinfected from customer to customer. I know this is too much but it must be done if we want the market to remain open.

Έκανα αίτηση για ίντερνετ στην πόλη που σπουδάζω και έστειλαν το ρούτερ στους γονείς μου στο χωριό , ενώ είχαμε ΔΙΕΥΚΡΙΝΙΣΕΙ που θα γίνει η σύνδεση . Τους παίρναμε τηλέφωνο , για να διορθώσουν το λάθος και όχι μόνο δεν το παραδέχονταν αλλά έλεγαν ότι φταίνε οι γονείς μου που το παρέλαβαν. Πήγα και στο φυσικό κατάστημα πολλές φορές και δεν υπήρχε καμία συνεννόηση, ούτε προθυμία για να στείλουν το ρούτερ ΣΤΗ ΣΩΣΤΗ ΔΙΕΥΘΥΝΣΗ. Μετά, καθώς οι ίδιοι ΔΕΝ ΑΣΧΟΛΗΘΗΚΑΝ με το να μου βρουν κάποια προσωρινή λύση (είχε περάσει ΉΔΗ ΕΝΑΣ ΜΗΝΑΣ ) , αλλά ήξεραν μόνο να με παραπέμπουν στα τηλέφωνα που και σε αυτά δεν καταλάβαιναν τι τους έλεγα, ζήτησα από μόνη μου, κάποια κάρτα με mb και προς μεγάλη μου έκπληξη μου έδωσαν . Εν τέλει, μετά από 2 ΜΗΝΕΣ ταλαιπωρίας και μηδέν επικοινώνιας με τους "υπάλληλους" της Wind , έγινε η σύνδεση. Κάταντησε γελοία όλη αυτή η ιστορία, γι'αυτό ΜΗΝ συνεργαστείτε μαζί τους. Normally not a single star in this company! I applied for internet in the city where I study and they sent the router to my parents in the village, while we had CLARIFIED where the connection would be made. We called them to correct the mistake and not only did they not admit it but they said it was my parents' fault that they received it. I also went to the physical store several times and there was no consultation or willingness to send the router TO THE RIGHT ADDRESS. Then, as they themselves did NOT bother to find me a temporary solution (it had already been a MONTH), but they only knew how to refer me to the phones that did not understand what I was telling them, I asked myself, a card with mb and to my great surprise they gave it to me. Finally, after 2 MONTHS of hassle and zero contact with the "employees" of Wind, the connection was made. This whole story has become ridiculous, so DO NOT work with them.
