B	BB KING on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πριν κάμποσο καιρό, έκανα θέμα για έναν πολύ υψηλό λογαριασμό κλειστού προγράμματος vpn. Ήρθε νομίζω η ιδιοκτήτρια ή τί άλλο δεν ξέρω και αφού μου είπε να προσέχω τις αλλαγές των προγραμμάτων , μου την είπε κιόλας "δεν φτάνει που δεν πληρώνεται μία (εννοούσε το φθηνό εταιρικό πρόγραμμα), ζητάτε και τον λόγο".Δεν μίλησα.Μιλάω μέσω του review..και απαντάω.."Αν σου δώσουν εσένα 30.000 έτοιμους εταιρικούς πελάτες μίας υπηρεσίας π.χ των Ε.Δ, ζήτα τους και τον λόγο".Αν διαβάζουν στα κεντρικά της Wind , ας την μαζέψουν.Τη δεύτερη φορά ήταν γιορτές Χρισ. πήγα πάλι για έναν υψηλό λογαριασμό κάνοντας διακριτικά παράπονα.Αυτή τη φορά με πήρε διακριτικά στην άκρη ο άντρας (προφανώς συνιδιοκτήτης) απο το χέρι και μου είπε απαξιωτικά.."γιορτές είναι δεν έχουμε όρεξη να εξυπηρετούμε εσένα και άσε και εμάς να κάνουμε σεφτέ"..Σε συζητήσεις με φίλους είχαν όλοι παράπονα..τώρα τελευταία έχουν εξαφανιστεί, μαζί και η πελατεία..Το προσωπικό εντωμεταξύ πρέπει να είναι το πιό δυστυχισμένο και τρομοκρατημένο που έχω δεί αν κρίνω απο τα πρόσωπά τους.Κρίμα. D	Despina Tsimpida on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το σέρβις σε αυτό το store της wind είναι το πιο χειρότερο που έχω ζήσει μέχρι σήμερα. Οι υπάλληλοι δεν έχουν καθόλου σεβασμό και τρόπους. Δεν ξέρουν τι τους γίνετε, καθόλου συνεργάσιμοι, προσβλητικοί, επιθετική και με καμία διάθεση να σε εξυπηρετήσουνε. Δεν το σύστηνω. The service in this wind store is the worst I have ever experienced. Employees have no respect and manners. They do not know what is happening to them, not at all cooperative, offensive, aggressive and in no mood to serve you. I do not recommend it.
Κ	Κώστας Τσογιας on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μηδέν σε όλα μηδέν από σέρβις από συμπεριφορά από ευγένεια ήμουν χρόνια πελάτης αλλά πάντα είχα πρόβλημα και με το ίντερνετ και με το σταθερό και όποτε πήγαινα για να κάνω παράπονα μου λέγανε να πάρω κάποιο τεχνικό να τον πληρώσω εγώ δηλαδή και να πάω στην ευχή της Παναγίας , Τελικά άλλαξα πάροχο...
