J	John Rhister on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άθλιοι, απάνθρωποι!!Δεν δέχθηκαν να εξυπηρετήσουν πελάτη τους ούτε καν έξω από την πόρτα γιατί έτσι γούσταραν.Ελεεινή συμπεριφορά από την ξανθιά κοπέλα με τα κοντά μαλλιά που μάλιστα του κάνε και τιν γιατρό και τιυ είπε λες και μιλούσε σε σκυλί,πήγαινε εμβολιάσου! Miserable, inhuman !! Η πρώτη επικοινωνία είναι εξαιρετική ώσπου να συμφωνήσεις για νέο συμβόλαιο. Από την επόμενη ημέρα ξεκινάει το μαρτύριο. Οι δέκα μέρες που απαιτούνται γίνονται είκοσι και η επικοινωνία είναι ανύπαρκτη. Το ένα τμήμα σε παραπέμπει στο άλλο και ο κάθε υπάλληλος μεταθέτει τις ευθύνες στους άλλους. Το αποτέλεσμα είναι να έχει περάσει σχεδόν ένας μήνας και επειδή έγινε λάθος στην καταχώριση της διεύθυνσης η διαδικασία να ξεκινάει από την αρχή δίνοντας νέο αριθμό σταθερής!!!!!!! Μείνετε μακριά ώσπου να καταλάβει η εταιρεία ότι έχει να κάνει με παροχή υπηρεσιών σε ανθρώπους!!! The evaluation concerns the company and not the specific store. The worst company in the service of new customers. The first communication is great until you agree on a new contract. From the next day the torment begins. The required ten days become twenty and the communication is non-existent. One department refers you to the other and each employee shifts responsibilities to the others. The result is that almost a month has passed and because an error was made in the registration of the address, the process starts from the beginning, giving a new fixed number !!!!!!! Stay away until the company understands that it has to do with providing services to people !!!
G	Georgios Kokorentzas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αφού πλήρωνα 21 ευρώ για 24αρα σύνδεση και είχα πραγματική ταχύτητα 5,5-6 πήγα να κάνω αναβάθμιση σε 50αρα, με 26 ευρώ, μου είπαν από το κατάστημα κ επέμενε ο υπάλληλος ότι δεν μπορεί να γίνει πριν λήξει το συμβόλαιο (κάτι που φυσικά δεν ισχύει) άκρη δεν έβγαλα... Το έκανα τηλεφωνικά και με πολύ καλύτερη τιμή την επόμενη μέρα γιατί κατάλαβα ότι οι υπάλληλοι είναι άσχετοι. 2ο περιστατικό πάω να πληρώσω λογαριασμό και με εξυπηρετεί η ξανθιά κοπέλα με τα κοντά μαλλιά... Προσπαθεί να με πείσει να κάνω συμβόλαιο κινητής, καλά μέχρι εδώ... Όταν κατάλαβε ότι δεν πρόκειται να κάνω άρχισε εκνευρισμενη να με ειρωνευεται ρωτώντας εάν ξέρω μαθηματικά...!! Μάλιστα με είπε να βάλουμε κ ένα "πενινταρικακη" στοίχημα ότι έχουν το καλύτερο πρόγραμμα, λες και την ρώτησα,. Έδωσα τόπο στην οργή κ έφυγα. Πλέον ούτε απέξω δεν περνάω Απαράδεκτοι!
