★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η χειρότερη εξυπηρέτηση !!! Ο υπεύθυνος απόλυτα ειρωνικός . Δεν εξυπηρετήθηκα ποτέ. Απορώ ο λόγος ύπαρξης του καταστήματος ! Απαράδεκτοι και καθόλου επαγγελματίες ! ! !
 The worst service !!! The person in charge is completely ironic. I was never served. I wonder why the store exists! Unacceptable and not at all professional! ! !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Βαριούνται τα παιδιά σε μεγάλο βαθμό και δεν έχουν όρεξη, οπότε δεν πρέπει να έχουμε πολλές απορίες ή βασικά να μην πάμε καν στο κατάστημα... Απαράδεκτοι!!!
The children are very bored and have no appetite, so we should not have many questions or basically not even go to the store ... Unacceptable !!!

Απρόθυμοι , βαριεστημενοι και εντελώς αδιάφοροι να εξυπηρετήσουν . Απαντούσαν αδιάφορα και ειρωνικά . Σε βαθμό που ενώ είμαι χρόνια συνδρομητής της εταιρείας σκέφτηκα να αλλάξω εξ αιτίας τους. Ντροπιάζουν την επωνυμία .

Unwilling, bored and totally indifferent to serving. They responded indifferently and ironically. To the extent that while I am a year-long subscriber to the company, I thought about changing because of them. They are ashamed of the brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν είναι μόνο αγενείς οι υπάλληλοι είναι και ΑΝΙΚΑΝΟΙ. Πήγα για αλλαγή κάρτας SIM λόγω καταστροφής της προηγούμενης και δεν κατάφεραν ούτε να γράψουν σωστά τον αριθμό τηλεφώνου για την επικοινωνία της εταιρείας μαζί μου με αποτέλεσμα η εταιρεία να μην μπορει να επικοινωνήσει μαζί μου και να μην έχω κινητό αφού η νέα κάρτα SIM δεν είχε ενεργοποιηθεί. Ευτυχώς ήταν καρτοκινητό σαν δεύτερο τηλέφωνο και απλά δεν εδωσα καμιά επιπλέον σημασία και πήγα στη vodafone επί της Βουλιαγμένης και πήρα ένα καρτοκινητο καινούργιο να κάνω τη δουλειά μου. Να αναφέρω οτι η εξυπηρέτηση των ανθρώπων της Vodafone είναι η μέρα με τη νύχτα συγκρινόμενη με την αγένεια του καταστήματος της WIND. Δεν ειναι και το μονο και στο κατάστημα της WIND στην Ηλία Ηλιού στο Νέο Κόσμο το ιδιο αγενείς ειναι

I went for a change of SIM card due to the destruction of the previous one and they did not even manage to write down the phone number for the company to contact me, with the result that the company could not contact me and I did not have a mobile phone since the new SIM card was not activated . Luckily it was a prepaid phone like a second phone and I just did not pay any extra attention and I went to vodafone on Vouliagmeni and got a new prepaid phone to do my job. Let me mention that the service of the people of Vodafone is day and night compared to the rudeness of the WIND store. It is not the only one and in the WIND store in Elias Iliou in Neos Kosmos the same is rude
