H	Hi1mSpy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απ' όλες τις εταιρίες που έχω περάσει χειρότερη από την wind δεν έχω ξανά δει. Από πού να το πιάσεις και που να το αφήσεις. Να μιλήσω για το ίντερνετ; Απαράδεκτο το λιγότερο. Συνεχώς τους παίρνουμε τηλέφωνο να κάνουμε τα παράπονα μας για το ίντερνετ που ασταμάτητα κολλάει και με πετάει. Έβαλα vdsl και δεν υπήρξε διαφορά. Το ιντερνετ μπορώ να πω πως έγινε ακόμα χειρότερο. Την μια μου λένε ότι φταίνε οι γραμμές του ΟΤΕ, την άλλη μου λένε ότι το ρούτερ θα έχει θέμα. Τρεις φορές άλλαξα ρούτερ και τα προβλήματα συνεχίζονται. Την περασμένη βδομάδα ήρθε τεχνικός στο σπίτι να δει που είναι το πρόβλημα. Και μου είπε ότι δεν βλέπει πουθενά τίποτα και όλα τρέχουν στην εντέλεια ενώ την ίδια στιγμή συνέχιζε να με πετάει το ίντερνετ. Ξανά μίλησα με την wind και είπαν θα μου στείλουν καινούργιο ρουτερ. Στην αρχή μου είπαν ότι θα την επόμενη μέρα θα το έχω σπίτι μου, περνανε τέσσερις μέρες το ρούτερ δεν έχει έρθει. Παιρνω τηλεφωνο να δω σε τι κατάσταση βρισκόμαστε και μου λένε ότι σε τρεις εργάσιμες μέρες θα έρθει. Πέρασε βδομάδα και ακόμα περιμένω το ρούτερ και ταυτόχρονα να ανέχομαι τα ασταμάτητα κολλήματα του ιντερνετ. Θέλω να δω ποτε θα έρθει και ποιο θα είναι το αποτέλεσμα με το καινούριο ρουτερ. ΜΑΓΚΕΣ ΟΣΟΙ ΔΕΝ ΑΝΉΚΕΤΕ ΣΕ ΚΑΠΟΙΑ ΕΤΑΙΡΊΑ ΚΑΙ ΨΆΧΝΕΤΕ Ή ΘΈΛΕΤΕ ΝΑ ΑΛΛΑΞΕΤΕ ΕΤΑΙΡΊΑ, ΣΑΣ ΤΟ ΤΟΝΙΖΩ ΜΗΝ ΜΠΕΙΤΕ ΣΤΗΝ WIND ΕΊΝΑΙ ΚΡΙΜΑ Η ΤΑΛΑΙΠΩΡΊΑ ΣΑΣ ΚΑΙ ΚΡΙΜΑ ΤΑ ΛΕΦΤΑ ΣΑΣ. Of all the companies that have gone worse than the wind I have not seen again. Where to get it and where to leave it. To talk about the internet? Not acceptable at all. We constantly call them to make our complaints about the internet that is constantly sticking and throwing me. I put vdsl and there was no difference. The internet can be said to have become even worse. One of them tells me that the OTE lines are blamed, the other one tells me that the router will have a subject. Three times I changed routers and the problems continue. Last week a technician came home to see what the problem is. And he told me that he did not see anything at all and everything was running at the same time while he was still flying the internet. Again I spoke with the wind and said they would send me a new router. At first I was told that I would have my home the next day, four days passed the router has not come. I get a phone call to see what we are in and tell me that in three business days it will come. It's been a week, and I'm still waiting for the router, and at the same time, I can tolerate the endless interceptions of the internet. I want to see when it will come and what will be the result with the new router. MAGGES WHO DO NOT GET INTO ANOTHER COMPANY AND FIND OR WANT TO CHANGE THE COMPANY, TONING YOU DO NOT CONTACT THE WIND IS YOUR HEARING YOUR CRAFTS AND KILL YOUR PERSONS.

WIND, να είστε πιο προσεκτικοί στην επιλογή των συνεργατών σας. Το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα απλά δυσφημίζει την εταιρία. Out of place and time, with their own schedule, no knowledge of specific topics. A literally USEFUL shop. Pity. WIND, be more careful in choosing your partners. This particular store simply discredits the company.
G	George Papaspiratos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πραγματικά αν υπήρχαν -762 αστέρια θα τα έβαζα. Απαράδεκτο κατάστημα. Η έκφραση "ευχάριστο και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό" έχει μπει στο silver alert. Αφού η κυρία εορηξε τον προηγούμενο πελάτη που βιαζόταν να φύγει λόγω δουλειάς τον κράτησε επί ένα 20λεπτο για να του πουλήσει ένα πρόγραμμα τηλεφωνίας. Και τελικά δεν έγινε η δουλειά του και κατ' επέκταση ούτε η δικιά μου λόγω "κάθετης πτώσης" του συστήματος..εν έτη 2022!!!! Ετσι πολύ απλά έχασα μισή ώρα από τη πολύτιμη ζωή μου χωρίς να κάνω τη δουλειά μου ...Α Χ Ρ Η Σ Τ Ο Ι.... Really if there were -762 stars I would put them. Unacceptable store. The expression "pleasant and helpful staff" has been included in the silver alert. After the lady persuaded the previous client who was in a hurry to leave for work, she held him for 20 minutes to sell him a telephone program. And in the end, his job was not done and consequently not mine due to the "vertical fall" of the system..in the years 2022 !!!! So very simply I lost half an hour of my precious life without doing my job ... ABSENCE ....
