E	EIRHNH TERZAKI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ο Δημήτρης και η Μαρίνα από τον χώρο του κρασιού, ο Αλέξανδρος και η Ειρήνη από τον χώρο της εστίασης, είναι τέσσερις άνθρωποι που ένωσαν δυνάμεις , ιδέες, αξίες και γνώσεις δημιουργώντας όλοι μαζί το Winest & Πέπερι. Μια ιδιαίτερη κάβα με e-shop, στο κέντρο της Νέας Ιωνίας, στον όμορφο πεζόδρομο της Μεσολογγίου . Η κάβα αυτή με χρώμα και ξύλο ντυμένη είναι ιδιαίτερη, διαφορετική , ποιοτική και άκρως ενδιαφέρουσα. Οι άνθρωποι της με γνώσεις και εξειδίκευση στο κρασί γεμίζουν την κάβα με προϊόντα από μικρούς και μεγάλους παραγωγούς, από την Ελλάδα και από όλο τον κόσμο. Δίνουν ιδιαίτερη έμφαση στις ξεχωριστές ποικιλίες , στα μικρά κτήματα και στους παραγωγούς που με μεράκι, γνώση και αγάπη έχουν φτιάξει το κάθε τους μπουκάλι. Κάποια βιολογικά, κάποια παλαιωμένα, κάποιες γηγενείς ή σπάνιες ποικιλίες, Π.Ο.Π, blend ή με ιδιαίτερη οινοποίηση. Και με πολλές , πολλές άλλες ιδιότητες που προσδίδουν στο κρασί χρώμα, άρωμα, γεύση και χαρακτήρα, ανάλογα με το κάθε γούστο. Πραγματικά αξίζει την επίσκεψη αλλά και αγορά μέσω σάιτ. Very nice shop, experienced staff. It has labels from small Greek winemakers, exceptional organic wines of the Greek vineyard. Normal prices. It is really worth the visit but also the purchase through the site.
