★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρά την παρεξήγηση που έγινε στην παραγγελία μου (δεν ξέρω τι ευθύνεται οι συνθήκες του "covid19" ή κάτι άλλο) η επικοινωνία με το κατάστημα ήταν άμεση καθώς και η αποστολή εξίσου άμεση. Αν και λόγω απόστασης είπα αρχικά δεν θα επαναληφθεί παραγγελία αλλά (πάντα εδώ ξεκινάει η πρόταση) η επαγγελματικότητα τους μου ανέτρεψε όποια αρνητική άποψη είχα.
 Despite the misunderstanding in my order (I do not know what is responsible for the conditions of "covid19" or something else) the communication with the store was immediate and the shipment was just as direct. Although due to the distance I said initially no order will be repeated but (always here the proposal starts) their professionalism overturned any negative opinion I had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άψογοι επαγγελματίες, το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα. Εν μέσω καραντίνας αγόρασα online δύο ζαρντινιέρες, οι οποίες ήρθαν και ήταν πολύ ωραίες και ταχύτατη μεταφορά. Μετά από περίπου 6 μήνες έβγαλαν ένα μικρό ελάττωμα. Επικοινώνησα μέσω email με το κατάστημα και απλώς τους έστειλα μια φωτογραφία και μου τις αντικατέστησαν χωρίς αμέσως. Χωρίς καν να προσπαθήσουν να το αποφύγουν. Εντυπωσιάστηκα, εξυπηρέτηση πελατών που δεν έχουμε συνηθίσει από Έλληνες επαγγελματίες. Τα προϊόντα είναι πολύ καλά, το πρόβλημα που έβγαλε ήταν καθαρά αστοχία υλικού.
Flawless professionals, I highly recommend it. In the middle of quarantine I bought online two planters, which came and were very nice and very fast transfer. After about 6 months they removed a small defect. I contacted the store via email and just sent them a photo and they replaced them without me immediately. Without even trying to avoid it. I was impressed, customer service that we are not used to from Greek professionals. The products are very good, the problem it came up with was purely hardware failure.
