J	Julia V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στις 14/12/2021 είχαμε ραντεβού για κούρεμα westie ενός έτους, το οποίο δεν είχε ξανακουρευτεί. Αυτό δεν άρεσε καθόλου στην κυρία που μας υποδέχτηκε η οποία ήταν απότομη, αγενής και μας έκανε να νιώσουμε πάρα πολύ άσχημα που δεν είχαμε ξανακουρέψει το σκυλάκι μας. Να σημειώσω ότι είναι το πρώτο μας σκυλάκι με αποτέλεσμα να μην γνωρίζουμε όλους τους κανόνες και να ακούμε απλά πιστά ό,τι μας λέει ο γιατρός και ό,τι διαβάζουμε σε βιβλία. Με κάκιστη ψυχολογική κατάσταση, χωρίς να θέλουμε να αφήσουμε το σκυλάκι μας στα χέρια της, φύγαμε. Σε τηλεφώνημα που της έκανα προσωπικά μετά, εξακολούθησε να είναι απότομη και αγενής. Να σημειώσω ότι από την μεριά μας αντιμετωπίσαμε με μεγάλη ηρεμία και στωικότητα την κατάσταση προκειμένου να μην προκαλέσουμε καυγά, τον οποίο απευχόμαστε πάντα. Μία μικρή λεπτομέρεια που δεν θα την ανέφερα αν δεν ήμουν τόσο δυσαρεστημένη είναι ότι ενώ κατ'εξακολούθηση μιλούσα στον πληθυντικό και ήρεμα, ήταν απότομη και μου μιλούσε στον ενικό υποτιμητικά. Επειδή αγαπώ πολύ το σκυλάκι μου και θέλω καλύτερες συνθήκες για εκείνο δεν θα δοκιμάσω ξανά να το πάω για κούρεμα εκεί, αλλά σίγουρα θα ψάξω αλλού. Λυπάμαι πολύ που έχασα τον χρόνο μου. On 12/14/2021 we had an appointment for a one-year westie haircut, which had not been cut again. The lady who greeted us did not like this at all, she was abrupt, rude and made us feel very bad that we had not shaved our dog again. Note that it is our first dog so we do not know all the rules and just listen faithfully to what the doctor tells us and what we read in books. With a bad psychological state, without wanting to leave our dog in her arms, we left. In a phone call I made to her later, she continued to be abrupt and rude. Let me note that from our side we faced the situation with great calm and stoicism in order not to provoke a quarrel, which we always avoid. One small detail that I would not mention if I was not so unhappy is that while I was constantly speaking in the plural and calm, she was abrupt and spoke to me in the singular disparagingly. Because I love my dog very much and I want better conditions for him I will not try to go there again for a haircut, but I will definitely look elsewhere. I'm very sorry that I lost my time.
