★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We found this amazing shop by accident while driving back to Chania. I really was not expecting what I experienced there. The owner (a great artist) and his son welcomed us with a local shot. It amazed me how all those products are made by him. Wait for a creative way of packing what you have bought, it will blow your mind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We been there today it's impressive, but the guy who runs that shop tried to rob us off. We wanted to buy a small wooden owl. He told me it's would normally cost 30 euros but he offered it for 15, just because I asked if I could pay by card (which you can't) and he saw we had 15 Euros in cash... It's just way to expensive. Overall the shop has sometimes prices written down but mostly the guy just throws random numbers...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful handiwork of a Cretan artist who sculpts in olive wood, every item is unique and handmade with love. You can buy here a variety of items, from keyrings and jewellery with wood, natural stones and goat horn to olive wood boxes, cutlery, chopping boards, bowls, candleholders, decorative items and sculptures of all shapes and sizes, some beautifully carved. You can enjoy a chat with the owner/artist, your items will be creatively packed and sometimes you may receive a surprise gift :) Definitely worth a visit!

The owner is awesome and make lovely package when you buy something.

The store is absolutely beautiful, filled with handmade wooden pieces of artwork, from baby mobiles to coasters and decorative pieces, this place has something for everyone! we bought a mobile and some authentic wooden toys for our baby to come and are super happy with it. To top it all off, the customer service is supreme, we were treated so kindly and he packed our gifts beautifully (see picture)- when I come back to Crete I will make sure to make my way back to this extremely special store. Even if you don’t want to buy anything, stop and have a look, it’s well worth it!
